"I wish I could give Pho Bistreaux more than 5 stars. From the amazingly friendly service to the delicious food, you'll be guaranteed a special dining experience. The interior is very modern unlike most Pho restaurants I've been too, they really are bringing Vietnamese cuisine into the modern era. They were gracious enough to let me sample their Vietnamese Taco, Vaco, and I was blown away with how great it was. If you're in the mood for some good comfort food or have never even heard of Vietnamese food, do yourself a favor and eat at Pho Bistreaux. You'll be pleasantly surprised like I was!!!"
