"I wish I could give Pho Bistreaux more than 5 stars. From the amazingly friendly service to the delicious food, you'll be guaranteed a special dining experience. The interior is very modern unlike most Pho restaurants I've been too, they really are bringing Vietnamese cuisine into the modern era. They were gracious enough to let me sample their Vietnamese Taco, Vaco, and I was blown away with how great it was. If you're in the mood for some good comfort food or have never even heard of Vietnamese food, do yourself a favor and eat at Pho Bistreaux. You'll be pleasantly surprised like I was!!!"

I ordered the large brisket pho, and it was delightful! The broth was light and served at the perfect temperature. The brisket was sliced just right, not too thick. The only downside for me was the plastic utensils; the noodles kept slipping away and falling back into the bowl. I would prefer wooden utensils instead.

Wow! They really piled on the food—we had to transfer everything from bowls to pots just to mix it all together! I was completely full and still had leftovers for tomorrow. I ordered the white meat, and it was absolutely delicious! The boba in the tea was soft and fresh. This has officially become our new favorite pho place!

The service and food were exceptional. My son ordered Pho with brisket, which had a clear broth and tender, flavorful meat. My husband had the chicken plate, while I opted for the chicken micelli plate. The chicken was delicious, and the portions were generous; we even took home leftovers for lunch tomorrow! This is the best Pho restaurant we've discovered in the area, and we will definitely be returning.

I’ve been on a strict diet since September 12, so I haven’t been eating out at restaurants. Today, I decided to treat myself and ordered one of my favorites from Pho Bistreaux: the brisket. It was just what I needed. Since it was a delivery order, I was curious to see how it would arrive. The broth came in a separate container, with the noodles and other ingredients in another. I was able to serve myself a third of what I received, and I really enjoyed assembling my pho bowl. It was absolutely delicious! I saved the rest for later, and I will definitely be ordering again!
