"Update. Negatives: Expect several of the things you want to be out of stock no matter what time you arrive (sometimes I've even had better luck in the afternoons than at 9am since they stock during the day too), this has been an issue for awhile but got much worse after the city shut down and a lot of people started using online delivery. Instead of using warehouses to fill online orders, they have a dozen or more people do the shopping in the store, they take up a lot of space with their carts and tend to be very aggressive and inconsiderate. The checkout staff are still surly, again, I get working there probably sucks and many of the customers are spoiled, well off people, but it's still hard not to take it personal. I got around this using the self serve kiosks but they've been down for over a month, and the self serve kiosks seem like a good way to reduce potential coronavirus spread. The one way thing they implemented seems pointless and extra stress, the store isn't that crowded due to the limit they set and the aisle store layout doesn't smoothly flow like that, the Instacart store staff shoppers ignore it anyway. Not specific to this store, Whole Foods (Amazon) has not had anything on sale for weeks now. I used to shop buying mostly the on sale and store brand stuff, now shopping here is even more expensive, so I'm buying more from Food Town and Brooklyn Harvest. I'm also a prime member but haven't been able to order anything online for almost 2 months. Positives: They fixed the issue with the checkout chaos I mentioned before, stopped putting product sample kiosks in the busy narrow lane downstairs, they limit people inside to reduce the odds of catching coronavirus, high quality fresh fruits and vegetables for the most part, most products are well stocked (just some high demand things often aren't), and they provide plenty of hand sanitizing wipes."
