"Food is good, but it’s not the cleanest place and though the girls are nice, the service is not that great either. I got up to pay after waiting for the server to come back for about 20 minutes. The guy took my card, put it in the machine, and just went to the back. I can’t get a receipt? Couldn’t be bothered to hand me my card back either? You can promise to whomever you'd like, but it happened. Next time just stick to your original response, and not imply that a (former) customer would care that much to lie. You also weren't too understaffed, I was 1 of 2 dine in customers at the moment which makes the situation even worse."
