"I love Montana but a lot of their restaurants serves almost the same thing. Burgers, fries, pulled pork, salads, fish and chips etc. after 2 days of eating the same thing. My wife and discovered Josephine's in Coram and they' were busy when we came in but was able to sit within 5 minutes. It's a small place with outside sitting that reminded me of some European restaurant. Warm quaint setting. Food was delicious, I tried their fettuccine bolognese, a little adjustment of salt and pepper with Parmesan cheese according to my taste and it was amazing. My wife ordered Salmon with grilled veggies and it was cooked to perfection. All their items here are shareable, they will give you small plates like in Tapas restaurant and the portion was just enough to satisfy your hunger and taste. They don't serve coffee but it was okay because we finished our dinner with raspberry cheesecake. Highly recommended and the hosts and staffs were really hospitable. Sorry we were so hungry and forgot to take pictures of the place and foods..."
