"Their cocktail menu has something for everyone, but if you're a gin lover, don't miss the Glacier 75—a delightful twist on the classic French 75, enhanced with huckleberry liqueur. If you prefer something simpler, the house gin and tonic with huckleberry gin is a great choice. When it comes to food, the Smoked Trout Cake was outstanding, served alongside lightly fried okra, which made for a wonderful pairing. We also enjoyed the flavorful Bison Gyro, which was delicious. If you're dining with someone who has food sensitivities, the staff is accommodating and happy to assist— they even provided a gluten-free alternative for the pita bread, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Josephine's and hope to return soon! PRO TIP: The kitchen is only open on select days, so it's best to call ahead to confirm they're serving food before you visit."

We had to pivot because of a car crash and oh my the universe threw us a bone. This place is amazing. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about Josephine's! Hands down our favorite meal while in GNP! Service was divine and I'll be dreaming of those trout cakes until we can return!

We enjoyed three wonderful dinners at this restaurant. The cocktails are extraordinary, the food is exquisite, and Jackie is friendly, fun, and witty. We’ve already returned and will definitely be back! View menu

The spirits from Glacier Distilling, located just down the hill, are fantastic. Start your visit at the distillery with a $6 tasting of any four of their liquors, then head over to Josephine's to enjoy a cocktail! The food and service are excellent, and the atmosphere is fun!

Simply incredible! We enjoyed drinks and food here twice within three days! We were eagerly counting down the days until they opened on the 27th. Everything we tried among the four of us was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and we loved the decor. The outdoor area is wonderful as well! This place is exactly what this part of Montana has been missing! View menu

We really enjoyed Josephine's. It's set in an older restored cabin type building. Nice cocktail program with a good selection of drinks on offer. Tried the dreamsicle and thought it tasted like it's namesake and liked it. Small food menu but interesting choices. Started with the bison chili and really liked it. Nice flavor and very hearty. Then had a bison gyro and it was also very flavorful. Very friendly and attentive service. Overall a great spot.

Located adjacent to Glacier Distilling, this restaurant was the perfect spot for a meal after enjoying a whiskey tasting next door. The bison gyro was absolutely fantastic, and the tzatziki sauce was exceptionally refreshing and memorable. We also ordered a few appetizers to share, including the trout cakes and a cheese plate, both of which were delightful. I would have loved to sample their cocktails, but I was already feeling a bit buzzed from the whiskey tasting. Just a heads-up: they close at the end of the season, and we happened to visit on their last day, which was Labor Day.
