"I attempted to order pizza for delivery the other day. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, I finally managed to place my order. However, when the operator asked for my credit card information, I indicated that I would be paying with cash. To my surprise, he informed me that they no longer accept cash payments. I believe any business that refuses to accept cash is not supporting traditional values. Cash is legal tender, and I have since decided to take my business elsewhere."

"We hadn't ordered pizza in a while and decided to treat ourselves tonight. We're so glad we did! The customer service at Chanello's Pizza store #3 on Birdneck was outstanding. The person who answered my call was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. When he delivered the pizzas, he called to let me know (we opted for contactless delivery), which I really appreciated. Beyond the excellent service, we were thrilled when we opened the pizzas—they were perfect! Thank you so much for the best pizza! It was absolutely delicious!"

"Good pizza. Would go again.Ordered pickup, online on thier siteSaid it would (unbelievably) be done in 1-11minutes..... at 11min I went in and waited another 7minutes, which eould have been reasonable, but not as advertised.Mushroom/ Black Olive. Good bready, chewy, tasty crust. Familiar pizza sauce, a touch on the sweet side, but nowhere close to Detroit sweet. Cheese as you'd expect. Toppings plentiful and tasted right, not over-marinated or over-salty."

"HORRIFIC! COOK WITH NO GLOVES HANDLING FOOD! I'm absolutely appalled, went to pick up my order and could not believe my eyes to see the guys behind the counter with no mask or gloves and the one guy was chopping up the food. The order was wrong on my ticket and I quickly asked for it to be refunded. The one guy was pleasant enough, but the three of them appeared to be half baked. They lost my business entirely."

"I’ve order from this location a lot and most times they are really good (five stars) however I order my pizza at 6:30pm today and had a delivery time between 7:25- 735… at 7:47 I called asking when I would be receiving my order and was informed my pizza was in the oven and would be ready in about 10 mins which mean my delivery time wasn’t correct and no update was made in they system. At this time I was informed they only had one delivery driver so it might still be a while. I informed them I would come pick up my pizza. I got there with 12 mins and my pizza was ready however when I was inside I notice that the girl who was making the pizzas had walked over to change my bill to remove the delivery fee ONLY however the guy already had did that. When she was over there to try and do that she picked her nose. I informed in that she should be required to wash her hands before she go to make any more pizzas cause she was just picking at her nose."

"I used to LOVE chanellos and when i lived in va, we ordered from them often. I've ordered here about 3 times this summer and every time, they dont get the order right. We live in nc now and only order when visiting my family. Last time we ordered they didn't put the right ingredients on the pizza. Today we ordered a large specialty pizza with extra cheese and a large cheese sticks double extra cheese. When I picked thenorder up, I looked and could instantly tell it wasn't extra cheese. Both the pizza and cheese sticks had bread not even covered by cheese!! I don't mind paying for what we want, when we used to order from other stores, it was so cheesy and perfect. I'm so sick of paying for less. And the fact they LIED about it makes me even more mad to spend freaking 40 something on it. Like I told them, I will literally pay more to get what I want, but don't lie about it. It makes me so mad their food tastes great when made correctly. I swear if I could get the same thing from another company I would never order from here again. I'm adding pics to show its not even got cheese om half the pizza/cheese sticks"

"Fantastic subs! I completely disagree with the prior review. We have ordered from *THIS* Chanello's numerous times and have consistently enjoyed the delicious, mouthwatering subs they provide. They always arrive warm, are expertly prepared, and taste amazing. The delivery time has never been excessively slow—it's comparable to any other delivery service. I just placed another order and will continue to do so repeatedly... These are the best subs around (way better than Domino's!), reasonably priced, and the convenience of delivery is a huge bonus since I don’t have to go out to pick them up!"
