"HORRIFIC! COOK WITH NO GLOVES HANDLING FOOD! I'm absolutely appalled, went to pick up my order and could not believe my eyes to see the guys behind the counter with no mask or gloves and the one guy was chopping up the food. The order was wrong on my ticket and I quickly asked for it to be refunded. The one guy was pleasant enough, but the three of them appeared to be half baked. They lost my business entirely."

Pizza is Always so Fresh and Delicious... Customer service is inviting and friendly as well.The location is always super clean unlike the location at 5 points (YUCK) I am so willing to take the ride for better service!!

Order was fast but cheese was sliding off the pizza like it was dropped. Pizza with topping on half wasn’t cut through the middle. I used to work at Chanellos and I would’ve been embarrassed if my store was unable to transport or cut pizzas like this place.

I don’t mind if a delivery is late, but this location is no longer what it used to be. Ordered wings and fries, that’s it, there were maybe 5 pieces of wings and 5 pieces of bacon fries “oven baked” and stuck to the container. Go spend your money on pizza hut or something guys. View menu

I ordered takeout tonight and the mild wings were delicious and meaty, a great starter for the E.B.A. PIZZA (Everything But Anchovies) which was very tasty! It had been a while since I last visited Chanello's, but it looks like that will change... LOL! I also want to give extra praise to the staff during pickup, they were very friendly, clean, and focused on the food orders.
