"This Bojangels gets some credit for being a relatively new building, very clean and very friendly. However, I waited 30 minutes for my order. A chicken place didn't have any chicken ready?!?! When the Chicken was ready they had run out of biscuits. Warmbiscuits and just fried chicken tasted great another reason to give some credit. Unfortunately, if you order chicken tenders aswell, with sauce, they are cold sitting in the warmer didn't keep them warm. Oh and ask them to check for the sauce becausethe sauce was not in the bag as promised. Major loss of points for service."

"This place is so good for a fast food restaurant. We have been coming here for years and they have still maintained the same high quality. Mrs. Shirley is a wonderful lady who keeps the dining room clean. She clean the tables, trays and comes around and ask if you need a refill. She added placemats and flowers to the dining area and it give it a comfortable homey fill. I enjoy coming up here and eating breakfast in the morning."

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"I typically stop by Bojangles whenever I’m in the South, since we don’t have any locations up North. The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff maintained a friendly demeanor and did a great job. Ultimately, we went for the food, and it was just as good as I’ve had at many other places."

"This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it?s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don?t know what you mean.???????. Shows they need muchmore training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinnerssat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn?thave happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completelywrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I calledfor an hour off on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw,there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who isconsidering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES."

"Bojangles Fulton Industrial is the worst! I ordered online and took my receipt just in case because it was my attempt at RETRYING this location due to consistent previous poor service. They were just as incompetent and rude as always. This time, the manager who says her name is Joy, was the one I talked with directly. Even though the online receipt states I can pick up drive thru she said they never allow drive thru for online orders. She said they did not have my order at all. I came inside and gave her my receipt. THEY SLOWLY PREPARED MY ORDER, NEVER OFFERED AND APOLOGY! When I addressed the non-apology with Joy, she said it wasn 't their fault that they didn 't have my order and as I walked away she YELLED SORRY YOU HAD TO COME INSIDE. Joy 's attitude is true to character of the previous reason I stopped going to this store and will never ever go back again!"

"To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. It’s evident that they need more employees, better training, and competent managers and supervisors to uphold a professional standard."

"Food was great and hot! Those biscuits, enough said. I thought meals come with a soda but that is $2.39 extra after I paid $9 for a 2 piece? I asked for BBQ sauce, thinking okay what harm would one do with my chicken meal but I had to pay for that as well? I know all about inflation but the other fast food places are not charging. My only option was ketchup or hot sauce. I got ignored when I asked for a bag because the employees were to busy having a conversation, I had to grab it myself. They might have charged me if they actually gave it to me."

"We stopped into the BoJangles in Burgaw, NC tonight around 8:30. Their sign said open until 10:30 pm. After waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes, a young man came over to take our order. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. He replied that they were cooking some now and it would be about 8 minutes. I said that was fine, I didn 't mind waiting. My husband ordered the 2 piece dark dinner. The young man said we don 't have any chicken. We just have 1 breast and that 's all I was afraid to ask what they had planned to put on my sandwich. I promise the sign out front says BoJangles Chicken ! We said we would just go elsewhere. Why were they open? Just so they could tell everyone that they don 't have chicken? Sorry folks, no pictures cause we ain 't got no chicken!"

"We stopped by on a whim as my Husband wanted to try the chicken in comparison to Popeyes. The chicken wasn't hot and the breading wasn't crispy. It's like they had been sitting for awhile. The Cajun beans and sweet potato pie were good. The biscuits were delicious and the Cajun biscuit sandwich was yummy. We should have added pickles but it was still good with hot sauce added. Service... we planned to dine in but weren't asked so it was confusing when everything was packaged for take out. The wait for food wasn't long but not super friendly at the counter"

"I recently tried the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich at Bojangles and overall, it was a decent addition to their menu. The BBQ was a bit on the dry side and could have used some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. It lacked a smoky flavor and bark, reminding me more of pork from a slow cooker. "Have eaten breakfast at this establishment for years with no complaints but today was different..the so called manager is clueless of what is on the menu apparently..we ordered a sausage egg cheese platter...in the past the platter came with a biscuit eggs sausage and a choice of either bo rounds or grits..for starters they had no grits and we ordered 4 cinnamon biscuits..and was told there was a 5 minute wait on the biscuits..we get to the window to pay and is told they only had two cinnamon biscuits..at this point I'm just ready to cancel the entire order but my boyfriend said just get the two biscuits so we did..and was charged another 4.00 for the two biscuits which we questioned why another 4.00 when we was already quoted a price when we placed the original order with 4 cinnamon biscuits and was told she didn't include the price of the cinnamon biscuits to the order she just charged for the two platters..when we get the bag with our orders my boyfriend looks at the receipt and there is no information of what we ordered or prices on it so he went inside to let them know he wanted the receipt that showed what we ordered and what we was charged...the manager admitted she gave us the wrong part of the receipt and gave my boyfriend the correct one and we left the establishment..we get home and open what was suppose to be sausage egg and cheese platters and there was no biscuit and no bo rounds...my boyfriend at this time was over it..we was charged basically 21.00 for two cinnamon biscuits and some eggs coz we was told the sausage was an extra charge...we was done!!..my boyfriend took it all backed and got a refund...my recommendation is to teach this so called manager what a platter is...noone wants to pay 8.95 just for some eggs!!"

"Dining room was closed early so we utilized the drive thru, where we were greeted by an automated system that system also took our order, what little it said was available. It took quite some time to order because multiple items were unavailable more than 2 hours before closing. When we arrived at the window we were told the fryer and the grill were already cleaned and shut down. The food we received was not hot and rather disappointing. "I visited the restaurant at 9:30 a.m. and was informed that they only had two chicken breasts left. However, they assured me they would make it right. After waiting for 9 minutes to get home, I discovered that five pieces were actually missing from my order. I called the restaurant, and they acknowledged their mistake. Initially, we were uncertain about going back, but the manager reached out to us and insisted on resolving the issue. When we returned, they not only provided the missing chicken wings but also generously included six delicious Bojangles' biscuits, a dozen chicken fingers, and six cookies as an apology. The staff was friendly and delivered outstanding customer service. The chicken was tasty, and they truly went the extra mile to make things right. It's also worth noting that the store was technically closed when we arrived, but they stayed open to rectify the situation. Truly impressive service!"

I value honesty and hard work, and I typically like to reward those who display those qualities with positive reviews. "Before the pandemic, this restaurant offered an all-you-can-eat chicken and sides special for just $6.99 from 4 to 8 PM. I'm not sure if they still have this deal post-COVID, but when they did, it was an amazing opportunity to enjoy good chicken and delicious sides. I even drove people from Norfolk just to share this gem of Virginia Beach with them, and it did not disappoint! However, I called them recently and found out they no longer offer that special. Nonetheless, I still love Bojangles for their chicken and sides. You can’t go wrong with the dirty rice, macaroni, Bo-rounds, and beans. Plus, the cookies are fantastic!"

"Usually I have a pleasant experience from the person taken my order to picking up my order from the window and everyone is friendly and nice. Not this experience though. The girl took my order and told me to come around to the second window, this fella come to the window and I asked him didn't I come to the wrong window we laughed he said it was alright but was cut off by the girl coming to the window. She was rude and disrespectful. She told me my total but didn't give me a receipt. She just about threw the box at me where I almost lost it. Then I had to knock on the window to get some Texas Pete and honey said she was out of ranch no problem before I could ask for napkins she closed the window on me. I couldn't believe how rude and unfriendly. We spend alot of money on food there. She is running the customer's away. They don't want to come back to attitude and rudeness."
