"Staff is friendly and attentive, but whoever is calling the shots (upper management) needs to be called out. Why would you not allow employees to serve a cup of ice water? I could tell how afraid they were of the question when asking for a cup of water. This is not happening at only this location it all of them. At least in Katy at one of the locations, they were kind enough to offer tap water."
