"Came here this morning and a gentleman helped me. I wish I new his name but he was so kind. This was my for time coming here and I’ll never go to Starbucks again. It’s also a very convenient location for me. My croissant was delicious and so was my iced coffee."

OMG! I've looked and looked for a bagel spot in Houston and finally have found it! The line was long but it was worth the wait.

Came here with high expectations because of all the positive reviews and I'm really glad for the extra (cheap!) breakfast option in Montrose. View menu

Just realized it's been 5 years since my last review and it definitely needs updating. Since my last review, I have been a consistent customer of Hot

It's not a vibe! However, service always great, kolaches consistent, mistakes minimal! We are in and out on 10 mins max, which is deal breaker for us bcz we come otw to work with 20 mins to spare.Parking: Its a small lot but free

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
