"Bless your soul Kolache Factory. I live in New York now (going on 12 years) and I came home a few weeks ago to visit. Usually when the plane touches ground I need to find a Shipley's donut. This was the only time I was literally CRAVING and picturing in my mind what I was going to do to these Kolaches when I finally got them. I had the order in my head and was ready but my flight was close to 2pm and I didn't know you closed that early so they only had one item I wanted. I was so close to crying. My cousin and her kids brought me there before I got my rental car (because that's how serious it was) but they had never had one because they usually go to Shipley's. Nobody beats them in donuts but Kolaches is a totally different story. That Texas Polish, Hot Polish, Jalapeno, Sausage and cheese are so good it's just stupid. I bought my cousin and the kids sausage and cheese and all I heard in the back was Mmmm, Mmmm, mmmm, num num, num. Unfortunately on the first day I could only get Polish and Sausage and cheese. The next morning I got up and googled the closest location and went there at 8am and spent $40 on Kolaches. Of course I had to get something for the kids but next time I'll just eat them in the car. Dang it. I didn't want to share. I went a few more times before I left and on my way back to the airport I got all the way there and decided to find a Kolache factory for one last order to take back with me and eat slowly when I get there. Great idea and I'm a genius for thinking it. But I ended up spending another $40 and I got 4 for myself because the kids hit me up again for everything else and my cousin driving me to the airport informed me she no longer eats eggs so she couldn't eat what I bought. So I had to go back in and spend more money on sausage and cheese. She was no longer complaining about that last minute decision for me to go to a Kolache Factory. Long but happy story short, none of my kolaches even made it to New York. My only complaint is that you're not here. My even bigger complaint is they don't even know what they are here and there's a place in Brooklyn called Brooklyn Kolache which I think is the only place in the whole state that makes them and to no surprise they are trash. What's the problem Kolache Factory? They need to be introduced to these delicious and tasty breakfast treats. This is definitely a food to eat on the go and this is the corporate headquarters of people on the go. So let's go!!! By the way I tried that boudin kolache. Stop playing around and put it on the menu permanently."
