"Was at Washington College for a swim meet and decided to stay around Chestertown for dinner. Found this restaurant through a friend. The restaurant is located on the water and if it wasn't winter we would love to eat on the deck. The restaurant has agood selection of draft beers, with many from local breweries. They have a good selection of food from soups, appetizersthrough desserts. We ended up ordering the crab soups, bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp catfish jambalaya. The scallopswere good but the jambalaya was great! The jambalaya had shrimp, andouille sausage and rice in a light tomato base. This wastopped with a good sized blackened catfish fillet. With a little extra Tabasco (only because I love spicy), the jambalaya wasperfect. We ended up with rice pudding and the brownie sundae for desserts. We will definitely return!"

"Food was good but had issues. We hadn’t been to the Antioch ovation in a few years and decided to stop by for dinner. Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating despite being busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered 3 pizzas and a family Caesar salad. The salad was brought out quick and was delicious. 2 of our pizzas showed up and when we asked about the third, the server had no idea it was ordered. Showed them the receipt and it was brought out shortly after. However, that pizza was burnt to a crisp. They offered to remake it and had the new one out in about 10 minutes. Although all the pizzas tasted good, two of them were incredibly dry and had almost no sauce. It’s unfortunate because we’ve never had issues at the concord or Clayton locations. It also seemed like their sangria was significantly watered down compared to previous visits."

"This hideaway is truly a hole in the wall. Unique seating in the back and dim lighting creates a cozy environment. Our group ordered 3 different dishes, all lacking spices and seasoning. No drink menu, but offer a full bar. It's best when a place offers specialty drinks that the bartenders have perfected,my drink was far from that. Would recommend wine or beer here."

"Our party of 4 arrived at Stokes at 4:30 for happy hour last night. We were seated immediately and proceeded to enjoy our drinks and food for the next hour and and half. During that time it became busier due to a concert event later that evening. We had finished our drinks and food when a manager came to our table telling us they needed our table for a reservation and that party had been waiting for several minutes for us to leave. She also said “we needed to take our party elsewhere “. There was no notice or communication that there was a time limit due to an event and our server did not mention that there was another party waiting. When this manager shared that our table was needed we hadn’t even received our check to pay. We have frequented this location many times for dinner, happy hour and brunch over the years but have never felt so unwelcome as we did yesterday. There are many options in the old market and I will be “taking my party elsewhere” from now on."

"I would not go back to this restaurant, Unfortunately the service was not good, probably because they were busier than the usual since we went on Mothers Day Weekend, the food was bad, I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and zucchini, the steak was covered in rosemary, and had a lot of chewy fat bits, the vegetables were over seasoned and for dessert we had a flan covered in fudge and some whipped cream, wasn’t good either. Restrooms were dirty and old, we saw the singers performance and that was certainly entertaining, they did a good job. The ambiance is too loud and we weren’t able to have a conversation without raising our voice."

"Called the Panama store at 1:30pm on a Friday. Young lady answers and I ask her about a promotion they have on Facebook. By 1 get 1 Free. Sandwiches, wings, a free app are your choices. She doesn 't know and asks to put me on Hold for a minute to ask another employee. At the 15 minute mark of my phone call, they hang up. I call back 2 minutes later. Same one answers? Idk. I ask about the promotion. Same answer. Hold while I ask. Comes back saying the promotion is premature and not ready, but they 'll validate it. Good. I want 20 wings and 20 free, as the promo states. Nope. Only 10+10. Well I need 40. Yeah the manager says it 's just 20 wings total I respond with..This has been a 25 minute conversation (total both calls) to order chicken wings! lolShe is silent for 30 seconds. I say ok well I need 40 wings and it seems you don 't have your promotions in order so I guess I won 't be ordering Ok thanks again click. I can see why they have such poor reviews. I was willing to give them a shot, but not now."

"This has definitely been my favorite place to eat so far in Colorado. I ate here four times while in Estes Park and didn't regret it once. The Chile en Nogada was my favorite dish, but the other two are great too. Service is great too and very friendly. The only downside is that vegan options are a bit more limited than in the description; I'd guess they reduced their menu offerings across the board due to covid, but I didn't ask."

"I stumbled upon this restaurant while in Smyrna and I was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance is both cozy and historical, featuring beautiful decor and furniture that showcase incredible craftsmanship. The house itself is nearly 200 years old and is in fantastic condition! As for the food... it was DELICIOUS! I went there for brunch and was extremely satisfied with my meal. The drinks were excellent as well. The crab dip on the sampler was a must-try. I ordered the bacon avocado toast with scrapple, and it was delightful! The crepes with fruit were also very good. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning!"

"Although I made a reservation, There was No table available when We arrived! Restaurant has this very strong policy that you need to Add a credit card in case you don’t show up, they will charge you $20 per person. I don’t have a problem with that, But at least I EXPECTED To have a good Service. Host just offered us a table with patio style seats and a Very low table which is perfect if you just go to have drinks and Talk. But with Family and for a Sunday Bruch It’s obviously UNCOMFORTABLE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT. I had 2 small kids and I spoke to her and tell her about the situation and That I needed a PROPER table to eat with my family. They seated me within a couple minutes, But ridiculously we waited a long time for a server to come to our Table until My husband went to ask for someone to take our Order. There was a Big party like 20-25 people next to Us and every server was more concentrated in that big party. Finally the waitress came and Took our orders, she was Nice and friendly. But definitely this place NEEDS more organization. If they don’t have enough personal to work they should put an stop on the amount of people they took on reservations! Didn’t see any manager At all around. Drinks looked good But poorly made. I will Not recommend this place to go with Family. For me is most like to go with friends, enjoy the music and have some Drinks"

"The restaurant really needs to revert to the old prices at Tortilla Flats. Right now, the prices feel a bit excessive—$16 or more for a salad that seemed to consist mainly of a $4 salad mix from local grocery stores, along with some nuts, and the option to add meat for nearly $10? This is in Placerville of all places! And don't even get me started on the $22 burrito. That said, the food was very fresh and of good quality. While it didn't have as much flavor as places like Paco's, the quality was impressive. I really hope the prices come down, as they might drive me and others to choose different restaurants more often."

"My friend brought me here to try the road tacos, I hadn’t ever had them before. Absolutely blown away by how delicious they are! "Hey RJ! I see that you are blaming the customer for a bad experience? That’s strange. Are you affiliated with the bar or a regular at the bar? The bar seemed to be doing just fine but the front door was locked so we had to seat ourselves.. We were greeted quickly and informed about the 45 minute wait for food but what she didn’t tell us is that she wouldn’t take our order for 45 and then the food would take another hour and a half. Canceled our appetizer 1 hour after ordering thinking that the food couldn’t be that far behind. It wasn’t. And when we asked, the cook hadn’t even started our food. When asked about the manager the waiter said he maybe knew how to make the queso! The manager also never showed their face in the over 2 hours we were there. I can excuse some things but the service and experience we had was completely unacceptable. If you have all day to sit at the bar and nothing to do all day then by all means go to this outdoor bar."

"Although a little overwhelmed by the extensive beer selection (in a good way), we finally made a decision and got settled in. The restaurant was pretty clean, staff was attentive, and our waitress checked on us just enough. I always get nervous when a waitress doesn't write down my order, but I have to give her credit for flawlessly remembering all 4 of our orders, all with special requests. High five, sister! We had a total of 3 draft beers, one club sandwich split between two kids, the jalapeño tots (not on the current in-hand menu, but on the menu that pops up from the QR code on the menu/beer list holder on the table), a Hollow Hippie, and 2 soft drinks. Every one of us loved our meal. Our total was $64.11 before tip. Only complaint was the very sticky bathroom floors. Our shoes stuck to the sidewalk outside after we left for about an hour. Overall very pleased."
