"I've been visiting Pappys for a long time, and I've always enjoyed my time there. However, it's really difficult to have conversations with friends when there's a band playing. I would have rated the service higher because our waitress was fantastic, but unfortunately, everyone in my group received their food before I did, and I only ordered a quesadilla. They need to improve their kitchen staff."
