"I've been visiting Pappys for a long time, and I've always enjoyed my time there. However, it's really difficult to have conversations with friends when there's a band playing. I would have rated the service higher because our waitress was fantastic, but unfortunately, everyone in my group received their food before I did, and I only ordered a quesadilla. They need to improve their kitchen staff."

The cook on duty made the futuccini Alfredo dam good along with a Ceasar salad. The waitress/bartender was very pleasant. Topped off with a Yuenling Crown Royal.

I can't comprehend how a bar can cycle through so many talented bartenders. The only conclusion I can draw is that there's a lack of good management. I really think it's time for a change at the management level!
