"A Mexican restaurant with great wings...? I have had my doubts for years, but Valle Luna has been recommended to me by friends forever so I finally stopped in for dinner. I started with medium wings and asked for some of their hot wing sauce for dipping, with of course, blue cheese. The rings were perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. The blue cheese had huge chunks of real blue cheese and the sauce was perfect. I then sampled a tamale and a pork taco. The tamale was incredible. The taco had great flavor, a couple pieces of the pork were a bit tough, but it was delicious. I will be back to sample other menu items. This is my new go to for Mexican food in the Phoenix area. We sat outside on the back patio which overlooks a small lake. The misters made it bearable on a 103 day. Great place to watch the ducks and relax with a beer and some great food!"
