"That's not our first time here. visited a year ago and was not impressed. not much has changed. from the beginning the server was not very friendly. we celebrated my friends for birthday. the server took our orders and they came out immediately. but after that it was impossible to get another drink. a gast asked several times where his drink was and it took forever to get it out there. my daughter wanted to order an appetizer, but that was never that. we all talked when the server came back and just started ordering, and never asked if we were ready. most of us were not ready, but that didn't stop them. the food took a long time to get out and when the servier staff did it was very confused who ordered what. the desolation was never offered to us either. the server setting was "too or the autobahn". that was in order. if they want good Mexican cuisine, this is not the place. the men's rooms were disgusting and very dirty. on one of the stands bs ing sat with workers and some were on their phones. will not be back."

tears and beans were really delicious. the hunch was dry. the sauce was great, but it was nicely caramelized from the grill! I would try again, more of it on her menu.

we had a baby shower on the terrace and it was very nice. eating was very good, our servers were attentive and the outdoor vibe was fantastic. the only disadvantage was that they did not block the bar gardeners from the arrival of our private party.

Valle Luna has good food at good prices. The menu is tasty and extensive with lots of variety. The burrito bowls are excellent. The chips and salsa are some of the best around. But what really adds to the ambiance is the lakeside patio. The views are peaceful and they have heaters for cool evenings. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I wish they would allow dogs on their patio. View menu

Wow! This place is fantastic. The outdoor seating is phenomenal. Enjoying our meals by the lake was fantastic. Even though the night was cold, they had some heaters that took the chill out of the air. The staff were super friendly. And above all, the food was amazing! I am so glad I live across the street and can walk my dog over here and eat lunch/ dinner (my dog needs to sit on the other side of the fence while eating[rules] . Will definitely be back.

I'm here and was told it was a 20-minute waiting time, so we put our names, 25 minutes walk by and I politely asked how long ours would be waiting. they told me I wouldn't sit for 30 minutes. I have no idea how they can make the time go, but I asked them if there is something they could do to change this, and I have a rather rude no lol idk if this is good here, but I am quite upset with this whole oral and I will not wait an hour with people who cut before me somehow. I guess I'll eat at taco bell tonight.

It was my husband and I 2nd year anniversary and we decided we wanted Mexican food. Never tried this place but heard good things about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED Our cheesecrisp was not cooked fully it was like eating a pie crest with so much cheese on it could barely bite into it let alone chew it. Then we were talked into the fundito I got the steak one and the steak was very small pieces and hard didn't even eat half of it and the rice had like clumps of burnt piece in it. Our waiter never checked on us until the end we were just so over this meal we paid and left. Very disappointing View menu

I personally don't get the hype surrounding this place. Everyone raves about how it's the real deal when it comes to Mexican food, but as someone who's Mexican, I find it just okay. I don't understand why there are special nights for cheap margaritas either. The bar has a cool and lively atmosphere, and it’s always busy when I go. I do still visit sometimes because my friends enjoy it. When I do, I usually stick to the chimichanga, which is decent and worth the price. I really like their green chile, too—that’s definitely worth trying. But if you're genuinely seeking authentic Mexican food, I'd recommend looking elsewhere, unless you're from Rhode Island and not familiar with real Mexican cu...

I have had the pleasure of eating here, as well as being a patron in the bar. my rating is only on the bar area, due to the more time there. bartender are some of the most beautiful, attentive bartenders I know. shaggy, she can surpass as I have seen him to put the day on and day. he is personal and friendly, diego is sweet and refilling without asking. eddie may seem serious, but he has actually focused only on the work and extremely nice. Although, if I can add, cashbacks are required, how luis is not the most beautiful, and quite open? a little stand-offish. all in all, great place to catch a game? each game. fantastic atmosphere, ideal for locals or for the far away. ps: the wings and th...
