"The service at this restaurant is terrible. Initially, I didn’t think it was a big deal when a young employee took my order, but it turned out to be a mistake. When I got home, I realized an egg roll was missing. I planned to return the next day to address it. However, when I spoke to a woman there, she didn’t believe me. As if I would come back just to claim a $1.50 egg roll! When I explained how much I was charged, she insisted my story didn’t make sense. Eventually, she started yelling, "Do you want the egg roll? I'll give it to you!" while shouting at the cook in the back. I simply told her not to worry about it. The customer service is appalling, and they made a huge fuss over something minor. I had hoped to just get the egg roll and possibly order something else, but after all the hassle, I decided to take my business elsewhere, especially since there are many other options in the area. After looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who had this experience.
