They seemed to focus heavily on delivery orders, leaving me and three other customers just standing there waiting and waiting… Until I finally asked the cashier if they were taking orders from people in the restaurant. She simply said, "WAIT!" After waiting a bit longer, I asked another staff member if she could take my order since I knew my choice was made to order. After nearly 10 minutes of standing there just to place my order, I was worried they might tell me I couldn’t get anything made to order. Eventually, she took my order, but I ended up receiving my food an hour late – no exaggeration. And after all of that, I paid $38 for a fried Red Snapper platter that was nothing but grease."
