"I ordered delivery from this restaurant, including a large soup and two group-sized soups. The description stated that the group soup serves 4 people and it was nearly $50 on its own. My total order was over $100 for the 3 soups, 2 sandwiches, and mac and cheese, all of which fit in one bag. The group soups were $23 each and came in a 1 quart size. A large soup is 12oz and an order to serve 4 is 32oz, which is 8oz per person. However, nowhere did it mention that the group soup was only a quart or 32oz. When I called to ask, the manager insisted it served up to 4 people, even though the description clearly stated it serves 4. I also questioned why they only provided 2 small ramekins of cheese for the French onion soup that is supposed to serve 4. The manager seemed indifferent to my concerns. I have reached out to corporate in hopes of receiving better customer service. Additionally, the receipt mentioned 10 spoons and napkins, but we didn't receive any napkins or spoons. Overall, it was not worth the money spent and we will be choosing a different restaurant for our next meal."
