"Order thru the Panera app, I entered a note on the any special request to add butter and extra dressing, ordered arrived with neither. I called the store a manager answered at least a that what she said I tell her my issue which is all the time I told her I wanted to document this call so this don’t happen again she puts me on hold and another as she said assistant manager comes on the phone to ask me how can I help you I ask the person that transfer the call did not give you the reason why I’m calling she said well yes she said you didn’t get butter but she don’t understand what I need. Like I’m crazy for complaining about no butter. Like great costumer service you too."

Soups and sandwiches are so delicious. Employees are great. Order the cream of chicken soup. It's the best I ever ate and I'm 69 years old. That soup should be given an award. ??️

I’m not sure how this Panera location consistently manages to get one of their signature items wrong during several visits over the course of a few months, but it has happened to me at least four times, whether I order online or in person. I eventually decided to stop going altogether. Perhaps it has something to do with the employees being on their phones and wearing AirPods, but that’s just a guess.

This Panera is amazing. The staff have great attitudes, the food is consistently prepared quickly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I visited today and was impressed by an employee with purple hair who used American Sign Language (ASL) throughout the entire ordering process. It's truly wonderful to witness such inclusivity in the workplace. It's refreshing to see ASL becoming more accessible in the food service industry. This Panera definitely earns an A+ from me! I got to my hotel next-door just a little bit late, but I rushed over here for some dinner. The broccoli cheddar soup is always good, and it comes with a baguette. They gave me some butter to put on it, because what good is bread without butter. ? Employees were very nice. Not a lot of customers here this late, but I heard them being very pleasant to all. So many places to sit at this restaurant, so many different areas that actually offer some privacy. All around, just a good restaurant.

Without a doubt, this is the best Panera I’ve ever visited! As a member of the Sip Club, I find myself in various Panera locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan during our frequent road trips, and I can’t resist getting my Panera lemonade. While most Paneras are decent, the one in Grove City stands out as the absolute best! My partner sometimes gets a little frustrated because I’m willing to drive 20 minutes out of my way to grab my drink from this location. The management is incredibly friendly, and the staff always seem to work well together as a strong team!
