"I made a reservation a week in advance, but when I arrived, it felt like I was being treated as if I had just walked in. We had to wait 30-45 minutes before being seated. When we finally sat down at the last table, I asked the hostess if we could move to the bar area, but she said my reservation didn’t specify a clear seating request. After waiting so long to be seated, it took another 20 minutes for the waitstaff to approach us for our drink order. To make matters worse, it was my friend's birthday. While the food was excellent, the overall experience was disappointing. We were really looking forward to this meal after hearing so many great things about the restaurant. My suggestion is that they need to improve their customer service. Dallas has plenty of fantastic dining options—why would we choose to return here?"
