we had a great time! enjoy the food, cocktails and atmosphere. the only strange one was at the end when the waiter took our glasses water (mine was half full) and said "time is up" when we asked why we couldn't finish it. the waiter was great, only to the end that remained a little strange, but would not prevent me from working with him again. I visit consistently basic for dinner and that was my first lunch in a long time. I was on a business dinner and ordered what I thought would be a simple, safe, consistent huh caesar salat. I hate to report that it was the worst chicken caesar salat I ever had in any restaurant. not excessive. seriously, not trying to be dramatic, but it wasn't good. I didn't think you were messing up. the chicken was infertile, carburized. tastefully burned. very few croutons, and the caesar dressing was less than desirable. I'm sorry. I know you can do it better. thanks for listening. I want to **** you!

I visit on a consistent basis for dinner and HH. This was my first lunch in a long time. I was on a business lunch and ordered what I thought would be a simple, safe, consistent chicken Caesar salad. I hate to report it was the worst chicken Caesar salad I have ever had at any restaurant. Not exaggerating. Seriously, Not trying to be dramatic but it was not good. I didn’t think one could mess that up. The chicken was inedible, charred. Tasted burnt. very few croutons, and the Caesar dressing was less than desirable. So sorry NBS. I know you can do better. I made a reservation a week in advance, but when I arrived, it felt like I was being treated as if I had just walked in. We had to wait 30-45 minutes before being seated. When we finally sat down at the last table, I asked the hostess if we could move to the bar area, but she said my reservation didn’t specify a clear seating request. After waiting so long to be seated, it took another 20 minutes for the waitstaff to approach us for our drink order. To make matters worse, it was my friend's birthday.
