"They have consistently offered the best deep-dish pizza. It's incredibly thick, packed with toppings, and bursting with flavor and juiciness. And those garlic knots—wow! They come in a basket *overflowing* with butter, so there's even enough leftover to dip your pizza crust if you like! A few years back, they experimented with a type of cheese that I would call faux mozzarella. It remained gooey even after the pizza cooled down, which was quite unappetizing. I suspect it was an effort to cut costs, which is understandable to a point. However, on my recent visit, I was thrilled to find that they have stopped using that and returned to real mozzarella! The owners are attentive to what their customers want, and they've always been that way. You'll pay a bit more for a medium Big Leo here, but it's well worth it because they really stuff it, and the taste is fantastic. I’d rather spend a little extra for a genuinely outstanding meal than settle for something inferior in terms of flavor, texture, or atmosphere just to save a few bucks. Leonardo's has built a strong reputation by prioritizing the customer experience, and I hope they continue to thrive. Plus, I noticed they’ve added a multi-game table reminiscent of the ones I used to see at Leonardo's Pizza By The Slice at University and 13th! It brings back some of that nostalgic atmosphere, especially when you hear Galaga calling out from across the room. Bring your kids! Show them how you played when you were their age while enjoying the same great flavors that have been loved for generations!"

"This brunch is nothing short of a culinary masterpiece! As soon as we walked in, the talented Master Chef Mark Newman—who crafts this extraordinary experience every Sunday—greeted us with freshly made potato latkes at each table. I embarrassingly referred to them as the best 'hash browns' I’d ever had, and Mike kindly corrected me on that point! We settled into the buffet room, and Chef Mark came over to say hello. He even gave me a tour of the fantastic dishes he had been preparing for us long before I even woke up. As he described each creation, he ensured everything was beautifully presented and at the perfect temperature. After the tour, I grabbed a plate and filled it with samples from the first six dishes. A waiter promptly brought us delicious coffee and a refreshing glass of fruit punch. Once I finished my first round, my plate was whisked away, and I returned for another round with a clean plate. The offerings included delicately sweet pastries, a variety of exotic fruit dishes, pastas, numerous vegetable selections, vegetarian and vegan options, gluten-free dishes, and an assortment of healthy proteins, all expertly seasoned (I really lack the words to do it justice!). Each bite was a delightful complement to the next. It was a celebration of performance art, culinary artistry, social engagement, stunning presentation, and the perfect atmosphere—all executed flawlessly! I’m not exaggerating when I say you absolutely have to experience this if you haven’t already! Huge thanks to MH Weiss and Mark Newman for their dedication to their craft!"
