"If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. The food wasn’t terrible (after I ended up cutting my own pizza because they didn’t slice it properly), but the overall service was among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I placed my order online and waited for the email confirming it was ready for pickup. I didn’t head out until I received that email. After a 10-minute drive, I spent an additional 5 minutes trying to get assistance, only to be told my food wasn’t ready (despite the email confirmation) and that it would take another 5 minutes. In reality, it took another 15 minutes before I finally received my order. There was no apology for the delay—just a box shoved across the counter at me.
When I asked to speak with a manager, the disheveled woman behind the counter claimed to be the manager. It was clear to me why the place was such a mess under her management. It’s challenging to provide good customer service when the people in charge don’t understand it. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to Little Caesars—this experience has soured me on the entire company, not just this particular location.
Lastly, while I was waiting for my food, I witnessed a customer order something that was advertised on a sign at the door, which displayed a price. When he was charged more, he asked why, and they claimed the price had gone up. Advertising one price and charging another, higher price isn’t just unethical; it’s illegal! The so-called manager didn’t care and offered excuses for why they were illegally charging more than the advertised price, even when it was pointed out that it was against the law and they should take down the incorrect sign.
