Little Caesars Pizza

Order the ExtraMostBestest Italian Sausage and it does not have the extra sausage is like a regular. Misleading!

This is what you get with the “extra most bestest” pepperoni pizza here. No extras of anything. Not to mention, 20 minutes last the due time and that was only because I had to get them to make my order after I’d already been waiting. Do not, DO NOT go to this one or spend the extra money on their so called extra most bestest.

Thoroughly disappointed with this location. I went in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. They were in the oven, 5 minute wait. No big deal. I then proceeded to watch 4 people walk in, order 1 pepperoni pizza, wait 30 seconds, get their pizza, and walk out. If that wasn 't bad enough, the pizza I did get was definitely not hot and ready . 2 stars because the staff was at least apologetic about it. View menu

Employees locked up and closed 45 mins early. They saw us as we pulled up. They had the lights turned off lights and hid in the back. We went to the drive through and sat there for several mins before they were forced to acknowledge our existence and give us some food. This lack of service, professionalism, and care is astounding to me. Side note can't even spread cheese on a pizza properly.... or give us napkins or offer sauce or anything.

I ordered dinner tonight for delivery and waited patiently for almost 2 hours. While I could overlook the long wait, I was incredibly disappointed to discover that half of our order was missing and the other half was inedible. The pepperoni pizza was burnt beyond redemption, and the cheese pizza was dry and uncut, falling apart the moment I tried to pick it up. I attempted to call for assistance, but couldn't reach anyone. I understand that they might be short-staffed and busy, but that shouldn’t compromise the quality of the food. Moving forward, I will choose to order from other locations.

I ordered through door dash tonight for dinner. I patiently waited almost 2 hours to receive my food, fine, whatever not the end of the world. Imagine my disappointment when I realize half of our order is missing, and the other half isn’t edible. The pepperoni pizza was so beyond burnt, there was no salvaging it, and the cheese pizza was just doughy, and not cut. As soon as you picked it up it just fell apart. Tried calling, and can never get through to anyone. I really understand being short staffed and busy, but that shouldn’t change the quality of the food. The pizza was great, but the customer service, not so much. I called so many times to see if my pizza was ready because their alert system was down, but kept getting hung up on. When I arrived to the location to pick up, I was 1 of 2 customers there. The phones were ringing off the hook. The teenager behind the counter kept hanging up the phone. The staff didn't acknowledge the other customer or myself. It took the staff almost 20 minutes to even ask either of us who we were picking up for. If I was the owner of this location I would be very upset that this is how my store is being run. (And this was not on a weekend night when I understand that they are at their peak).

I wish I could give it zero stars. I’ve been to this location a couple times and the wait was a bit longer and the pizza was always lukewarm and stiff. But tonight was insane. I ordered one extra most bestest cheese pizza and crazy bread online, so not a difficult order at all. I ordered it at 8:45 as they close at 10, and it said it would be ready by 9:30. I get there at 9:30 and wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes before we’re even helped. When we ARE helped, they said they don’t have crazy bread. Okay fine, not a big deal. I ask for a refund on the bread and they give it to me, after waiting a few minutes they ask us to pull forward so they can help the people in back of us. We wait ano...

I almost can’t believe the consistency of the horrendous service I get at this location. I keep telling myself that it’s just because of the teenagers playing around with their buddies, or it’s because it’s Friday or Saturday evening, or I didn’t use the pizza portal this time, but it seems like it doesn’t matter. Tonight I placed an order to pick up in the pizza portal for 8:30, and was notified that it would be available between 8:30-8:35. I figured they’re usually a little late at this location, so I went to pick up the pizza at 8:50.
