"We selected our bread, and the staff laid it out for us. Then, they proceeded to assist the customer in front of us while we waited. During that time, a fly landed on our paper and bread. After finishing with the previous customer, they came back, shooed the fly away, and then asked what we would like on our sandwich. I waited to see if they would replace the paper and bread, but they didn't. When I asked if they were going to get us new bread, the response was, "Sure, I could do that for you." We decided to decline and leave instead. I'm quite sure they didn't even throw away the bread that the fly had landed on for a few minutes."
