"For a start across the line staff needs to go under critical Customer Service training. Starting with the hostess, who informed me my table was no ready yet, without further information or explanation (where to wait, how and when we will be informed once my table is ready, etc. We proceeded to move to the bar and wait for our table, the bar looked dead, with 3 staff members (1 working and the other 2 chatting not even acknowledging that I was there to place an order. Finally we got our table, with only one menu for 2 people, which made it harder to read the menu items. Following with the waiter staff that did not provided any explanation about the menu or even asked if we have dinner there before or not. During the meal we felt rushed, the waiter was in a rush to cook our meal and she provide zero information about the cuts that she was cooking or the sides that were brought to our table. Extremely poor experience, not inline with the prices paid."
