"For a start across the line staff needs to go under critical Customer Service training. Starting with the hostess, who informed me my table was no ready yet, without further information or explanation (where to wait, how and when we will be informed once my table is ready, etc. We proceeded to move to the bar and wait for our table, the bar looked dead, with 3 staff members (1 working and the other 2 chatting not even acknowledging that I was there to place an order. Finally we got our table, with only one menu for 2 people, which made it harder to read the menu items. Following with the waiter staff that did not provided any explanation about the menu or even asked if we have dinner there before or not. During the meal we felt rushed, the waiter was in a rush to cook our meal and she provide zero information about the cuts that she was cooking or the sides that were brought to our table. Extremely poor experience, not inline with the prices paid."

Overall it is a good place to enjoy nice grill meat. Side dishes selections vary, sometime no good ones. Servers may be hit or missed. When busy, managers will grill at your table, felt like indirectly having diners to finish ASAP.

this is our second time food was good, just above the price for small meat, compared with good meat quality somewhere else. when they look in and make it better, it will help restaurants to improve a lot. 3 small pork for 88$ it should be too much more options for pork prices also bark meat is so expensive. the kimchi suppe much too sour than usual, maybe they need to control the amount when we were the first time better. service is great everyone nice and welcome also restaurant is clean.
