"Ordered the 6 piece combo, didn’t get my side of Mac n cheese or cup of ranch. The wings were hard as a rock, chewy, and almost impossible to bite into as they were definitely cooked earlier in the day. The chicken was burnt and tasted like unseasoned chicken, so bland. I ordered the Parmesan garlic wings, they literally just pour the Parmesan on the wings to mask how they actually look. My Mac and cheese that I had to go back to the store to pick up, was also old and hard . I literally stuck my fork in the Mac and cheese and the noodles were so stuck together and hardened that the whole bowl of Mac n cheese was on my fork. Customer service wasn’t that great. We sat there for 20 mins while our food was already done, waiting for the teenagers goofing off to bring us our cold food. The manager even yelled at them because we were waiting on our food, that was done for 20 mins. “The meal is ready, they’re waiting in the lobby, why haven’t they received their food yet?” Literal quote from the manager. Disrespectful people, terrible food, and just a bunch of teens goofing off and not doing their jobs. Smh. Also don’t order the funnel fries, they were stale and grease soaked, and the chocolate sauce is literally Hershey’s syrup. And the ranch isn’t made by them, it’s pre bought and tastes like generic ranch? paid $30+ and took 3 bites before I was done. A whole $10+ meal and I didn’t even get my side and could only eat a few bites. Everything is so bland, don’t recommend. Save your money, and time. Had to send my man in to get the right order so I didn’t punch someone in the face.???? SO DISAPPOINTING. NEVER AGAIN."
