"I 'm torn! I want to give 2.5 stars because honestly, the food here was really good, BUT the service was so terrible, I can 't even round my rating up to 3. My supper club group made a reservation for 8 here on a Thursday night. The place was pretty much empty when we came in, which seemed odd for a nice spring evening but hey...that just means we can have the place to ourselves right?! I walked in to find no greeter, no wait staff, nothing. I waited at the front for about 10 minutes, then someone finally came over to greet me. They pointed to our table and said that they would be back with waters soon. About 10 minutes later, the waitress came by with glasses and water jugs. I ordered a Diet Coke and waited for my friends to trickle in. A few friends ordered drinks that they said tasted very good but everything took a very long time to get to the table. When attempting to order, I suggested that we go around the table in order to make life easier for the waitress. After the 3rd person ordered their meal, the waitress had to stop and go back to the first person and re-start the order process because she lost her place . We all looked at each other like...here we go! Lol The food came, it was all delicious! 2 people ordered the hanger steak entree and there was something on the plate that looked like a potato but didn 't taste like it. When they asked the waitress what that veggie was, she replied with I don 't know, they put all kinds of weird stuff in these dishes . When pressed further, she went to get the menu and read off the ingredients listed. At some point, one of the diners asked for another drink and we were told that both the kitchen and bar were now closed. When that diner responded with it would have been nice to know that earlier so I could have ordered another drink the waitress said yeah, sorry.... Needless to say, we were all disappointed because we had intentions of ordering dessert as well. Overall, service and experience from the restaurant were HORRIBLE but the food was excellent. If they can work out their staffing issues, I 'd be happy to come back, but I can 't imagine they will stay in business very long if they don 't."
