Then, I was informed to only use machines with special stickers on them. Then I was told my card was too old. Then they changed my password on me. Then they said I must put some of my own cash in prior to using the credits. Then, I was told there may be a waiting period after trying it.Finally, after a dozen trips back and forth from the slot machine to the Players Club counter, I was able to use my commentary birthday credits.3 spins later, then got their money back, and I was on my way out the door. I spent $10 in gas to come here and run all over the casino floor due to poor customer service. However, I got good exercise today."
