Saganing Eagles Landing Casino

I didn't win big but I did win. There is very little room to move around. You can barely fit between 2 players because they are nearly back to back when playing. Other than that it was a cute little casino, and crowded which is always a good sign

I've made the 100-mile drive twice for a free gift, and both times I arrived at 1 PM only to find that they had run out. The gifts are supposed to be available starting at 10 AM, and they only last a couple of hours. They really need to improve their planning.

Excellent service(j.davis)The pancakes presented well, however are very heavy and dry. No butter served with them, when asked I was given little butter tips to open and use which were cold and unspreadable. I think chef should order some whipped butter for the customers use. View menu

This will forever be our go to place to stay, eat, and gamble! Everything is so clean! The Hotel and Casino staff are always friendly and accommodating! Food is amazing! We have casinos that are a 1/2 hour drive from home but the 2 hour drive to Saganing is so well worth it! We love this place!

The rooms are clean very nice. The restaurants are good but alittle slow but that can be expected in these times. The casino was busy but clean. We had a good time. Would of given it 5 stars but every time I go there seems I'm always giving a deposit instead of getting a withdrawal. Lol that's gambling!

The rooms and staff were nice, but this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have a microwave in the room! I’m not sure if I received the last available room, but the carpet and fridge were dirty. If you haven't visited recently, you might be surprised to find that they have added a hotel and new restaurants. However, the absence of live dealer table games is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. Additionally, the slot machines can be quite pricey, with maximum bets ranging from $5 to $10. I did notice a golf cart shuttle in the parking lot, which is a nice touch. The air system is also effective, as the smell of cigarette smoke is much less noticeable than in many other casinos. They also host numerous events in honor of military appreciation.

This casino is in partnership with Soaring Eagle in Mt.Pleasant. It is a smaller casino that features only accommodations and slots, but also has 3 places to eat at. There are no table gambling or entertainment venues! It is located away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff is very friendly, and a lot of security to make your stay very enjoyable.Please note that prices at the restaurants and cafe are a little high; and realize the food portions are large. So if you're not hungry and want some light; you'll be in for a surprise! You are paying for quantity quality; you do get what you pay for!

I stopped to try my luck on my birthday at the casino.At the Players Club, I was told I am allowed extra credits on this day. First, my card didn't work. Then, I was informed to only use machines with special stickers on them. Then I was told my card was too old. Then they changed my password on me. Then they said I must put some of my own cash in prior to using the credits. Then, I was told there may be a waiting period after trying it.Finally, after a dozen trips back and forth from the slot machine to the Players Club counter, I was able to use my commentary birthday credits.3 spins later, then got their money back, and I was on my way out the door.
