"If I could rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service is terrible, and the staff is equally unhelpful. I picked up my order and paid, only to later find a $22 charge added to my bill. When I called to ask about it, I was told that I had left a $22 tip. I explained that this was not true; no one in your store should have added that charge after I left. Why would I tip $22 on a $33 bill that I picked up? The person I spoke with just kept yelling that I had tipped and refused to acknowledge my side of the story, insisting that I had stolen the money. He even suggested that if I couldn’t afford a tip, he would give it back. He wanted me to admit I had left a tip when I clearly hadn’t. As of now, my money remains unreturned. I would never recommend this place. To those who do visit, be sure to check your bank statements after using a credit or debit card, as they are clearly dishonest."
