"Not family friendly. Came in the first hour of opening for breakfast on a Friday. Had my baby in a stroller but was told they have a no stroller policy. Never have I come across such policy. I guess I can understand if they were busy but the place was dead. Only two other tables were being served. No exception was made. Fine. "The worst experience Ive had in a restaurant in YEARS. If you decide to try it, absolutely avoid the King Ranch Casserole special. It’s probably the most disgusting thing I have ever been served in my life. I wouldn’t even consider it a casserole as it wasn’t baked. I suspect it was just mixed together in a big pot everything had the same texture and it came out looking like vomit. It was served as a bowl of slop with a spoon. I am seriously traumatized. The fried cabbage tasted ok but it was literally standing in grease and would have made me sick if I ate more than a couple bites. $40 down the drain, please don’t waste your money. I never even want to lay eyes on this place again it was sooooo bad. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"What an incredible restaurant! The service was outstanding, particularly from Gus, who attended to us and other guests with great care. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was simply delicious! This has quickly become my favorite Mexican restaurant. The guacamole, shrimp camaron, and carne asada were fantastic, and the skirt steak was perfectly cooked. The highlight was definitely the homemade tres leches cake—hands down the best I’ve ever had! The drinks were wonderful as well; I enjoyed a refreshing strawberry margarita. I can't wait to return! Thank you, M 'ole, for providing such a fantastic dining experience and a memorable evening in the city!"

"My husband just placed an order online and the meal cost us over $50 which is fine because normally their food is really good and it's worth the price however today when my husband came home with our order we were missing items and when I called to let them know they gave me the worst customer service one after the other. A woman there who says she's a supervisor by the name of Kaylee with the k did the bare minimum to solve my issue. She had a sarcastic attitude the whole time and clearly doesn't know good customer service regardless if she says she has been in the company for 5 years. I've been in the food industry for over 10 and I know good customer service as a manager. Because of her poor attitude as well as her employees poor attitude I give them a one star and I will never be going there again they did the bare minimum by telling me I could come back to get the hush puppies that get this Kaylee is technically responsible for me not having in the first place because she is the one who says packed my meal! The Irony! I could have easily been a really big Karen and said that I'm returning the food and I want all of my money back! So the least she could have done is been more apologetic and actually meant it as well as maybe offered me possibly a free dessert. Idk. . Lol anything to show that they actually care about their customers would have been nice especially because the last three times that I've ordered food from them they have forgotten something. I told her that too and she could care less."

"Stopped here for lunch. The food was pretty good. Sandwiches come with fries, not chips...sometimes I prefer chips. My mom and I both got half a turkey sandwich with a cup of chicken noodle soup which was rather tasty. My oldest kiddo got a fish sandwich which was also tasty...pretty decent sized piece of fish too. The pricing was a little high but you have to consider that sandwiches come with fries so that factors in. Wait staff was friendly. I think I might stop here again if I'm ever in the area. There's also a doll house miniature museum inside as well."

"This was my first time at this restaurant and I was disappointed. The steamed clams were very chewy but had good flavor. The scallops with white rice and zucchini were just okay - there were too many scallops, too much rice, and not enough sauce. It's not a meal I would order again. The service was slow even though we were the first ones in the restaurant. The atmosphere was great though. I might give this place another try in the future. Service: Dine in."

"We stopped here on the way home and thought it was going to be great because it was jam packed with a 15min wait. We were disappointed though because the service was lacking and the food was only so-so. There was syrup on the table so when the server took our drink order we asked for a cloth to wipe it up, we asked again when he brought the drinks and took our order. We waited a long time for him to come back. Eventually he came back with our food, which we could tell had been sitting under the heat lamp a long time because the plates were so hot you couldn't touch them and he had to use a towel to bring them over. We asked a third time for the cloth, he said he would bring it over along with our pancakes and my English muffin. He came back with the pancakes but no cloth... he reminded himself and then came back a minute later with my English muffin and a damp napkin... maybe he was new, but he wasn't very attentive. The food was ok, bacon was better than you get at a diner, and eggs were good too, but the pancakes were tough and mine came with a raspberry puree that was more like raspberry juice and ice cold, which I didn't realize until I dumped it on my pancakes. My English muffin came out without any butter and I had to ask for jam. My mother couldn't even eat her toast because it was cold and hard. It was also about $20 more expensive than the diners we had eaten at previously on the trip and not really worth it."

"I visited Knickerbockers Deli with my coworkers as part of our weekly restaurant exploration. Today, we walked across the street from our office. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, which was good, but I was disappointed that none of their sandwiches come with fries; if they did, I would rate this place 5 stars. My smoothie was only partially blended and was only three-quarters full, even though I paid a high price similar to Jamba Juice. Additionally, everything has to be purchased separately, which is a downside. However, the food was tasty, and the staff were very friendly."

"I visited a weekday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find a full indoor lively bar with a coin table in the back. Patio seats were available where we ordered the $6 Burger (w/buy a drink). The burger was really the best lately. The perfectly seasoned beef patty was served with thin sliced rings of onion, pimples, salad, tomatoes and American cheese on a butter-peat-potato-back with one side of frits. Our friendly and appealing waitress brought our food and drinks and stayed for a bit of conversation with any refill. She described her role at the bar with the enthusiasm of one who loves to be part of the community in which she had a hand in creation. Great vibes."

"Sadly to say, my first visit was to celebrate the life of a dear friend she was taken away to soon in her young life I will say this! The ladies there were so amazing made everything so pleasant. Wonderful job I did return, because I knew that Donnell's was going to be my kind of place. Variety of entertainment, board games at tables, pool table, shuffle board, karaoke, good food, great sitting inside and outside sitting, Wonderful kind people and great ambionce when walking in.
