"Sadly to say, my first visit was to celebrate the life of a dear friend she was taken away to soon in her young life I will say this! The ladies there were so amazing made everything so pleasant. Wonderful job I did return, because I knew that Donnell's was going to be my kind of place. Variety of entertainment, board games at tables, pool table, shuffle board, karaoke, good food, great sitting inside and outside sitting, Wonderful kind people and great ambionce when walking in. Honestly try it once, you'll go back for more laughter and just a great good fun time."

Been here a few times and it is low-key great. Didn't know they have a karaoke going all nights! Small bar, ok prices on most well drinks. Some food on the list for ok prices for a bar. Right next to a great little diner that I highly recommend. NEVER GO TO PACIFIC HOUSE...THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND INHUMANE!!! View menu

What an unfriendly and unwelcoming establishment! Never been in a karaoke bar where most of the staff and patrons were so rude and discourteous to customers that are not your regulars. We actually chose to come in to your bar to spend our money. Only friendly people there were the KJ, the waitress, and one guy out the the group of regulars. Try working on your customer service!

I had a great start to my evening. The food was good, the service was quite nice, and the place was clean. They even had karaoke, which added to the fun. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because someone accidentally drank my beer. I reported it to security, and after some time, he finally came over, but by then, the person had already sat down and eaten my pizza. Despite that, I’m definitely open to giving it another try.

We were informed that they don't have a menu or serve food, despite their website clearly stating otherwise. The bartender seemed to glare at my date, as if ready for a confrontation, while pouring his drink. When we finally decided to close our tab, the bartender responded rudely, saying, "Sounds like a good idea," in a tone that suggested he was glad to see us go. this place has the best karaoke in couv, 7 nights per week. they never really close. they were one of the few bars in this pandemic that remains open until 2:00. if they are musicians, they would probably want to show up on Thursday after open microphone, mixed with karaoke. it is a sex fluid bar, lies friendly place, everyone in the bar is friendly, the drinks and eating that we had there on spot, big pizza and burger. warm wing, French dips.sandwiches a lot of bang for your ass.

I had a disappointing experience at Donnell's. When my date and I walked in wearing masks, the bartender insulted us. Although we took them off, he continued to behave oddly aggressive and unwelcoming. He even asked if I was closing out after just one shot, to which I replied, "Yeah, that's a good idea." This wasn't my first visit to Donnell's; I had enjoyed my time there before, but this encounter was enough for me to decide not to return. There are plenty of friendly places in Vancouver, and I don't have to put up with rude behavior.
