"I recently moved to Mansfield from a larger city, and the BBQ options are limited here. We’ve eaten at Carolina a few times and the food has been good. (It’s the only reason I’m giving a extra star) Today I ordered online arrived at the time allotted and waited 10-15 minutes. When I got home the 1/2 slab of ribs is missing. So I have to drive back. There are no cars in the drive thru. I wait another 15 minutes just for someone to come to the speaker. I’ve worked in the service industry a long time. I’ve managed national chains. The response should never be sorry here’s your food. At least offer a coupon, discount or free dessert. I realize good help is hard to find but it takes minimal effort to make a loss a win in the restaurant business."
