"Once we arrived and looked over the menu, we opted for 5 pounds of crawfish, a pound of boiled shrimp, a link of sausage, two ears of corn, and two potatoes. To my surprise, the food was quite good. The sausage, in particular, stood out to me; it had a unique flavor that I had never experienced before.
The crawfish were well-seasoned, although they were hard and red, typical of the end of the season. Nevertheless, I enjoyed them. My wife also tried a dish called praline chicken, which was quite interesting—essentially chicken tenders coated with pecans and a sugary flavor. Overall, it was pretty tasty.
I found the place intriguing, and if I ever find myself in Pineville, Louisiana again, I’ll definitely stop in to try more items from their menu. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the boiled eggs—they were a nice touch!"
