"We’ve came here plenty of times with no issues and had the worst experience ever tonight. Phones were down so we went in to order. We ordered 1.5 lbs of boiled shrimp with a bowl of gumbo. Anyone from the south knows it takes 3 minutes to boil shrimp and the gumbo is in a pot ready to serve. We waited for an hour while there was so many staff sitting around and hardly any costumers in the building. Two people came in after us and still got food before we did. We questioned the hostess multiple times and a gentleman that I later found out was a manager came up to us twice asking if we needed anything whom I told we were still waiting on boiled shrimp. As a manager this is outrageous. If you noticed and approached me twice within an hour time frame obviously you knew there was an issue that needed to be resolved. I got home to old gumbo with no rice, probably less than 1 lb of shrimp, no seasoning which we asked for, and the wrong number of potatoes corn and sausage. By the time we got back up there the same gentleman that asked if I needed help twice came out once I asked for a manager and apologized and gave us a 30 dollar gift card when our order was 45 plus we tipped them still. We shouldn’t have had to pay in the first place and they should have been way more empathetic. Definitely won’t be back. Such a sad story being that we really loved this place. We did find out they only serve shrimp by the pound which is fine. We would have gladly ordered 2 lbs if we had the option!!! If I could have given no stars I would have ?"

Great food! The crawfish were properly seasoned inside and out. Not the typical steam crawfish then doused in Old Bay seasoning at the end.The service was lacking. Nothing against our waitress in particular but short staff resulted in extended periods of waiting due to tables being uncleaned.Food: 5/5

When I tell you we had the BEST server, I am not kidding!!!! Brock was the absolute best, his energy that he brought, the smile on his face, and he made us all feel so welcomed!!! Blu was amazing as well! He was right there when we needed drinks, recommended some new stuff for us to try and it was so good.The crawfish is a 10/10, you can’t beat it!!!We WILL be back, for sure!!!!

This is one of my more favorite places to go meet up for lunch or bringing the family out to dinner. They have an outside area with a bar, which it should be done by now i would think, is a great add on. That outside area to me really makes the place stand out. It's comfortable (once I find my right chair, if you get one that leans back just look around, they'll have different ones... lol), they have great food, I enjoy the quesadilla great bands on weekends. It was a little more pricier than expected and the food was quite fat, but the taste was great. Had the oysters and they were really nice and big and not very baked. Baked for perfection, but not really sure what kind of fat was used, but they were quite fat. Good to see big oysters again. Taste of oysters and Cajun potatoes was really good. And good colleague. Margarita machine was down and so I got margarita juice on the rock instead of a freshly made margarita. Disappoint.

I don't know what happened here. The first time I visited, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively and fun! Since then I have tried three, yes THREE more times, and every time the food has become worse and all the components that have made the place seem to have fun and probably has been removed... So everything's gone. I'm sorry, but this place is kind of **** right now. May I at least say that people were super friendly every time you visit, and that's nothing against them.
