"I was disappointed with the service provided by a particular staff member at this restaurant. There was a shorter, slim Asian man with black hair and glasses who took my order, and his attitude was quite unpleasant, which could potentially turn customers away. During my visit, I ordered two drinks, including a Vietnamese coffee with boba. Even though the shop was relatively empty, he prepared the wrong drink. When I let him know about the mix-up, he blamed me for supposedly not communicating my order clearly. I felt I was quite specific about what I wanted, yet he arrogantly insisted it was my fault. Eventually, he did prepare the correct drink. I also noticed that he had a similar negative attitude towards another customer before me. Given his consistently rude demeanor, I’m not sure I would return to this establishment for more drinks."
