"Accessibility: the parking situation is not great. The only one disabled parking spot is still multiple doors down, close to the sushi restaurant, and the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is there too. Other than this one spot, if you needed extra room to get out of your car, you would have to park far away and travel a distance. The other parking spots are also extremely limited. Really the parking is just overall terrible here. I think this place was just designed for college kids to walk over from the campus across the street or the housing next door. The door to enter this building is a single pull door. It was very loud inside as they were constantly blending things. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, and there are metal benches outside, but no tables.Experience: upon walking in there was only one employee working and he was so busy he never greeted us even after standing there waiting to order for 10 minutes. Literally we came in and waited 10 minutes until we could even order. The wait to make our drinks was at least another 10 minutes. We ordered a white chocolate mocha with coffee jelly and boba (size large) and a mango green tea with aloe (also size large). Our total before tipping was $13.13. Both of the drinks were incredible! So delicious!"

This is new wish we had this when we went to school here! The whole plaza is new here. The popcorn chicken and boba are great love that there is plenty of parking around here.Food: 5/5

This place makes good teas and boba but now 2/4 times that I?ve gone they?ve been out of something. One time they were out of thai tea and the other time they were out of Boba. They need to get it together and be prospered when the open. I just cameanother time and it?s 1 pm and they are still preparing for the day.

I am sorry to report this place definitely not the same quality as we used to know. Tea quality is bad. Creamer they used is very low quality. Boba is staled and chewy. I hope the manager or owner take notes to improve. Would always love to see a good boba place close by. Too bad.... We dumped the tea out couldn't finish them. View menu

This place offers delicious teas and boba, but I've had a frustrating experience on half of my visits, as they’ve been out of items on two occasions. Once, they were out of Thai tea, and another time, they had run out of boba. They need to improve their preparation and be fully stocked when they open. I just stopped by again at 1 PM, and they are still getting ready for the day.

While the prices are steep, the convenience of this place is hard to beat. Parking can be a hassle, so it's usually best to park on campus and take a short walk. This makes it especially convenient for students looking to treat themselves. My top picks are the Taro snow bubble and Thai tea, and the crispy chicken never disappoints. However, this is definitely more of a spot to visit for celebrations or special occasions worth the splurge.

I should have known better I check reviews myself and they have a ton of 1 stars but I gave them a chance anyways .went in to get there chicken and thar sweet sauce so good its 1 in the afternoon and there out of chicken lol so when will u havemore.......I don't know yhe young lady was rude and carefree.However I work across the street for the one on UCSD campus awesomeservice and they always have chicken I give them a 6 star.....not San Marcos.
