"I ordered pizza to be delivered for my daughter's 6th birthday party at 1 pm. However, it was 30 minutes late and when I called the restaurant at 1:30, they were unsure where the delivery driver was. They informed me it would be delivered at 2 pm, an hour late. Since the kids were hungry, I decided to pick it up myself. Unfortunately, the pizza had been sitting in a warmer for 45 minutes and there was no offer of a refund, credit, or even an apology. It was a terrible experience and it really put a damper on my daughter's birthday celebration."

"I went to the store to get some explanation as to why my coupon wasn't working. I spoke with Tracy, a manager at this location, who informed me that there's nothing she can do she doesn't have time. She states she's not able to honor that coupon you'll have to do it online. I then told her I won't be back because I don't have time to waste an hour of my day trying to figure out their website. She decides to get an attitude with me slamming things telling me that basically she's not gonna be cussed at, when I never cussed at her personally. On top of that she's threw my food through the window at me, and slammed the window in my face. I get home with my food only to discover my pizza, my shareable meatballs, and bread sticks are undercooked/cold. My autistic son witnessed the whole thing. I decided to call the manager of the store, Mike. the next day to tell him about how his employee treated me. He stated to me he had already spoken to all the employees that worked last night and the district manager. The only thing he can offer me is an apology. He actually stated the only thing he can offer me is an apology which isn't an apology at all. I told him I will never be step foot in his business ever again. He basically acted like he could care less. So I will be contacting corporate and the district manager personally to tell them this store. I don't believe this manager did speak to anyone. I would like this investigate further. I will also be reporting this location to the food and health board due to them serving me undercooked food, which we didn't even attempt to eat. I would never recommend visiting this location for fear you may experience the same thing I did. Sincerely Dissatisfied, Joey D."

"We had a great dining experience at this pizzeria, particularly enjoyed their thin crust, party-cut vegetarian pizza. We arrived quite late after a tennis tournament and made a reservation because we wanted to enjoy the pizza fresh out of the oven, which really enhances the flavor. The young staff were very accommodating and friendly. For a chain pizzeria, the pizza was surprisingly good, especially the thin crust. Many chain pizzas fall short when it comes to crust, so I recommend sticking with the thin crust to fully appreciate the sauce and toppings without any letdowns. Our group of five only spent about $10 each, which was a great deal!"

"Donato Pizza hqs the best Caprese salad. It is served cold, well balanced mix of ingredients served your choice of dressings. I love the Balsamic Vinegar dressing. At this time we ordered the pizza calzone and a 2 topping choice chicken and mushroom. The crust was beautifully brown, thin crispy crust with a side of tasty sauce. The sauce was a tomato based sauce with a lovely tang to it that was rather satisfying to the palate. Yum, Yum, Yummy "

"We used to love this place, but that changed on the night of Friday, December 10. My friend, who is a regular, called in to place an order for two Italian subs—one without roasting, with pickles and hot peppers, and the other also without roasting, without any extras. He also requested mayo on one and light oil on the other, since I have an allergy to mayo. When I called to address a mistake with our order, the owner was incredibly rude to me. I know Tom, I know what he ordered, and I clearly heard what he asked for. I couldn't believe how he treated me, especially on a Friday night after we’ve always been loyal customers. Instead of making things right, he became extremely defensive and told me that if we wanted a proper meal, we would have to pay for a whole new order. Our experience went from five stars to one, and honestly, it deserves less than that. It was a nasty call from the owner to regular customers, which sealed the fate of this terrible review. It’s such a shame. My friend would never order pickles because he dislikes them, and I was with him when he ordered."

"I called over pizza twice. the first time that it rang through three cycles and someone picked up the phone and immediately hanged. I waited 10 minutes and called back. a kerl answered and said they had no driver. the order comes to türdash when a DoorDash driver took over the task. I said I wanted to cancel the order since she was half an hour. he said that would be good, but then said they had no order corresponding to my phone number. the email they sent doesn't say what the phone number was, so I don't know if I missed it. but when I said the email didn't say which phone number I ordered it under him hanged. it didn't try to find it with my phone number or my name, just hanged without saying another word."

"Only time I ever have a bad experience at this place or any Donatos Is when I try to order from the Donatos app. That app is so broken you'll set it up for delivery and it'll change it to pick up on you after you've already paid. Not to mention several other issues. They need to throw that program away and completely rebuild it. This particular Donatos store I have no problems with. The food is always piping hot and exactly what you ask for. Prices are not bad as well."

"I ordered a small individual pizza and a side of wings for delivery. When the pizza arrived, it was haphazardly packed, as if no care had been taken in placing it in the bag. As for the wings, they were even more disappointing—just some barbecue sauce dumped on them, without any mixing. I called the restaurant less than five minutes after receiving my order to request a full refund instead of a credit, as I have no intention of ordering from them again. I was told that the refund would be processed by Monday, which is unacceptable. The person I spoke to on the phone showed little empathy and seemed more annoyed than anything else. He did provide the corporate phone number, but I found out they close around 11 PM, and I placed my order at 8:29 PM. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with the service."

"I specifically went to Jet 's this evening to try the cauliflower crust. I have been so frustrated that the major chains around here weren 't jumping on the cauliflower crust popularity. I can 't really eat regular pizza crust but would like the enjoyment of eating a slice of pizza like a normal person instead just scraping off the toppings. Anyway, let me tell you that this was the best pizza I have had in a long time! Jet 's is always the bomb anyway, my favorite pizza by far. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Absolutely wonderful. The crust was crispy, the toppings fresh, and the taste was phenomenal. I didn 't feel like I was missing out on 'real pizza '. The guy who took my order was super friendly and courteous. I really, really, really hope Jet 's keeps this crust. I don 't live near a location to get delivery and the closest location is 15-20 minutes away but I am willing to waste the gas and time to go get this pizza again when the craving hits! Thank you Jet 's! I love you guys!"

"They stay open pretty late on weekends so that's a plus. I doordash at this location a lot and every employee I've encountered has been friendly and attentive. I like that you can order online and your food is ready when they say it will be. They also have a drive thru so If you don't feel like getting out the car, you can ride through.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces close to the building"

"New store hours are apparently at 10pm instead of 11 yet the only thing saying that is a piece of paper taped to the window because it clearly says 11pm on Google and their own website. I placed an online order and everything just to go try to pick itup and I'm told by the girl there that they canceled my order."

"This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and needing a DoorDash delivery due to a lack of delivery drivers. The first time was in January 2022 and the food arrived an hour late and cold in all three boxes. This time, as of typing this review three hours after placing my order on 2/25/22, the order still hasn't arrived from DoorDash. I have been on hold with Donatos and DoorDash trying to get a refund because I am unsure where the pizza could be three hours later, but it definitely wouldn't be safe to eat. Kara from Donatos gave me a store credit as a resolution, which was appreciated. An update to the review: I returned last night to use the store credit given for the previous issues, and everything was cooked well and the customer service was great. My advice to others is to avoid ordering delivery if Doordash is involved and there are no drivers available. Thank you to Donatos for making things right with the store credit. It would have been a 5/5 review, but it was inconvenient to have to pick up the order to use the credit."

"I have placed an order online for delivery. I did not review my email, but received a confirmation that it had been canceled. I had tried to call several times and no one answered and when I finally came through, a very nice man took the call. I had originally called very crazy and the man informed me that they didn't have any vans for this night. I immediately felt terrible and asked him if he had a few angry questions. which he answered. after him he had become funny, cried out and cried. I just told him I hope he had a big rest of the evening and I apologized. I just want to make sure that he and his team know that there are people who understand and maintain good work. "I'm a pizza connoisseur, I always say it takes a perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings to make a good pizza. The fire oven was perfect. All the pics I've seen were plentifully loaded with toppings, just not mine. I ordered a large 7 topping pizza expecting to be fully loaded with topping verses getting a 2 or 3 topping pizza, however it looked more like a 2 or 3 topping pizza. I once worked at a pizza place, years ago, presentation is key to customer satisfaction. The amount tipped should almost be displayed on the order form, just so you don't get skimmed on the amount of topping you should have received. I tipped almost $12 on a pickup order. Secondly, sending me a notification that my order will be ready at 5:44pm and upon getting there at 5:45pm it still took 8 more minutes till my order was ready (that is the reason for the 2-stars, plus the lack of toppings). The staff was very friendly, many greeted as you entered and many appreciated your business verbally as you were exiting, which is very good representation of the establishment (Thumbs-Up). My ONLY recommendations, add a little bit more toppings, that's the cheapest part of the business, instead of 8-10 slivers of bell peppers and mushrooms, try 15-20 it looks better and adds a plethora of flavors within each bite. Plus, the salad I ordered was lacking dressing, if that is the case with service prep, then passing along an extra container of dressing is highly recommended. The salad looked amazing, just lacking dressing. Finally, the bread was perfect, just needs a little more flavor . . . maybe add some fresh garlic, sprinkle some fresh parsley. The bread was lacking flavor but was perfectly cooked and the marinara sauce was a little bland (needs a little uumph). Overall, I will give them another chance and I hope my next experience is a little better. Location is perfect, employees are friendly, and the place was clean in appearance. There is a lot potential here and I hope they can make a few adjustments and continue to prosper in the future. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"
