"I ordered pizza to be delivered for my daughter's 6th birthday party at 1 pm. However, it was 30 minutes late and when I called the restaurant at 1:30, they were unsure where the delivery driver was. They informed me it would be delivered at 2 pm, an hour late. Since the kids were hungry, I decided to pick it up myself. Unfortunately, the pizza had been sitting in a warmer for 45 minutes and there was no offer of a refund, credit, or even an apology. It was a terrible experience and it really put a damper on my daughter's birthday celebration."

Someone at the store prepared these wings and decided they looked tasty and correct. This is gross. At least spill some sauce on them.

Used to be better, but last few times pizza came via doordash which we didn't pick and it was cold. It'd be fine if they gave the doordashers that pizza bag that keeps it hot. Wish there was a way to opt out of doordash delivery.

My experience with this restaurant was not great. We ordered wings, a salad, and two pizzas for delivery through their website, but only received the wings and salad. I had to go pick up the pizzas myself, and when I returned, I saw that the lettuce in the salad was brown. It's disappointing that I have never had a good experience with this restaurant, and I'm not sure why I keep ordering from here. View menu

I always go to this restaurant with my colleagues to get pizza. The pizza is always cooked perfectly and at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and efficient, especially when handling our large orders. We usually don't have to wait too long for our food. It's a great spot for pizza. I'm not sure if the dining area is open again for dinner, but I would definitely bring my friends here if it is.

I really enjoy Donatos, it is one of my favorite chain pizza places. This particular location goes above the standard expectations. The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced. I especially love the cheese bread and the sandwiches are also tasty and well-priced if you're not in the mood for pizza. The service is fast, whenever I order my food and go to pick it up, it is always ready. The food is always cooked perfectly.
