"Domino's is our go-to place for pizza because of their great prices and food. However, I do have a few concerns. I often use the $6.99 coupon for two or more items, but I find that one or more of my items ends up costing $8.99. In my last order, four items were included with two priced at $6.99 and two at $8.99. This feels misleading, especially when I'm encouraged to add more items at the $6.99 price.
My biggest issue, though, is with the delivery drivers. When I order online, I leave a tip which is added to my total payment. However, when the delivery driver arrives, they seem to be waiting for an additional tip and often come across as rude when they realize I’m not handing them extra cash. One driver in particular completely ignored my son when he greeted him. He seemed to only acknowledge the adult, and it was disappointing to see him disregard my son's friendly gesture. I have also experienced rudeness from him when I've answered the door without cash.
Aside from these issues, my overall experience with Domino's is good."
