I realize I might have taken it out on her, but she handled the situation remarkably well. Instead of getting upset, she worked diligently to sort out the issue and even sent me a screenshot confirming that the order had initially been recorded as avocado and veggie. I also shared my screenshot showing I had ordered the veggie quesadilla. Despite the mix-up being no one’s fault, the restaurant kindly prepared a delicious veggie quesadilla for me at no extra charge. This speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction, even at a loss to themselves. Thank you for being true angels!"
