"Wow I?ve ordered here many times before , but my most recent order today I waited 37 minutes which I?m fine with, but the fact MY FOOD WAS COLD? And tasted like it had dirt in it?? I can?t even explain it so odd def going to go back and complain and not eating here again. The fact I waited 37 mins for COLD FOOD . ALSO JUST TRIED THE BROWNIE NO WHERE DOES IT SAY DARK CHOCOLATE MOST DRY BROWNIE IVE EVER ATE, $6 for that outrageous and not to mention their homemade nuggets are PLANT NUGGETS FROM TARGET, AND THEY RESALE COOKIES FOR WAY TO MUCH AND EVEN MADE THEIR FOOD PORTIONS SMALLER NOW AND THEIR WAS ALSO DIRT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY KETCHUP."

"This is a truly authentic Israeli Mediterranean restaurant. It’s a cozy spot with only a handful of tables inside and outside, so I opted for takeout. The atmosphere is very local, genuine, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. I was informed that most of the menu is vegan, but it's definitely worth asking about. I tried the vegan shawarma plate, which was outstanding, along with the falafel plate. I have to say, the hummus and falafel are probably the best I've ever had!"

"Easily my favorite bakery in LA!!! Being French, I feel like it's so hard to find good authentic French bakeries but Lou sets the bar soooooo high! No other bakeries have topped Lou's. The croissants are *chef's kiss*, they're flaky, buttery and taste delicious EVERY TIME! I also like their chocolate bread (pain au chocolat) and eclairs, though the eclairs are much sweeter so if you're into that, definitely give them a try! I really love how they are consistent with their pastries. There was never a time when I was disappointed. Now keep in mind they get very busy on the weekend, the wait can be long like 20 mins, especially if you order sandwiches (which by the way, are delicious too and worth it!!! I tried the chicken and turkey sandwiches and would highly recommend them). I think they run out of baguettes after 1pm or even sooner sometimes so if you want baguettes or sandwiches, definitely show up earlier. Even their drinks are so good, I always get their vanilla latte and once again, it tastes delicious e-ve-ry single time! Wanna know another thing I love about this place? The service! Every time we ordered sandwiches and the wait was long, they'd give us a heads up before finalizing our order in case we wanted to skip the sandwiches. One time, there was a mixup which resulted in us getting our sandwiches later than expected so to apologize for the wait, they offered us a croissant * * You will also often see Lou, the chef and owner, walk around and say hi to his customers. He may even sit with them and chat for a few minutes. He seems to know a lot of people in the neighborhood and that's actually how it is in France. Bakeries are in every corner and we love our bakers! Anyway I know this is now a super long review but I only have amazing things to say about this place, their food, the chef and the staff. I just wish they'd open every day"

This family-owned bakery is run by a husband and wife who bake everything on-site, and their commitment to using only all-natural ingredients with no artificial additives is admirable.I visited this bakery on St. Patrick's Day, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. They had a fantastic selection of seasonal cupcakes displayed top-level of the display case that are beautifully decorated and a sight to behold which included the St. Patrick's Day cupcake with a gold coin on top. The St. Patrick's Day cupcake was a red velvet cake, colored green, and topped with a gold chocolate coin. The frosting was creamy and rich, and our daughter loved it.The Bailey's cupcakes had some alcohol in them, and they were a real treat. The frosting was creamy and rich, and the cupcakes were moist and flavorful. We enjoyed every bite. The bakery's prices are also reasonable, ranging from 4-5 dollars per item. The shop itself is cute and has a welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and hospitable staff that makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Deja Vu Cakes and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and friendly bakery.I highly recommend Deja Vu Cakes for their excellent customer service, quality cupcakes, and commitment to using all-natural ingredients. "Came here about an hour before closing. Tried the natas (of course! and the Bola de Berlin (house donut with custard . Both were so good. Pastel de nata The puff pastry base was so pleasantly flaky, tender, delicate, not overbaked. The custard filling was also delicate, not too sweet and complemented the puff pastry so well. Bola de Berlin The bola (donut was so pillowy and almost melt in your mouth. The sugar coat gave a nice crunch and texture; it was a nice contrast to the soft donut and creamy custard filling. The custard filling is a little bit on the sweeter side (compared to the natas but it was so good that even for me who prefers less sweet things, I thoroughly enjoyed it. What was more impressive was that they tasted so good even though I came at the end of the day. They are not cheap... but I will definitely be coming back to try more of their bakery items because of the great impression I had with what I've tried at my first visit. In my opinion, far superior to the natas at Paderia Bakehouse. Please come here if you want a great Portuguese egg tart."
