"I should have known to leave when I saw that the restaurant was empty at 1 pm on a Friday. However, the service was good and the waitress was friendly. I decided to order breakfast for lunch. The pancakes and eggs were tasty, but the hashbrowns were bland and the corned beef hash on the side was unrecognizable and disgusting. I would not recommend trying their breakfast options."

"We noticed an unfriendly attitude from the hostess, who seemed eager to resolve the issue, but we didn’t want to wait for the meat to cool down or for our concerns to be overlooked. I had barely taken two bites of my salad when our main courses arrived, and we were surprised to find the check on the table without anyone asking if we wanted dessert. After our meal, when I inquired about the check, the hostess told me they often drop it off if the customers seem rushed. But it was dinner time! If I had been in a hurry, I would have mentioned it. We made an effort to provide constructive criticism regarding both the salad and the service, but it felt like the restaurant was only focused on collecting payment. In conclusion, my recommendation is to avoid this place on weekends."

"Edit: Still Love this place. Been going at least once a week for the last few months. The entire crew is great. Just met the owners, and they are a very nice couple as well. Our servers almost always know what we are having to eat and drink, its very nice! Piece of advice, Get the burger, and get a side of wing sauce. They make their sauce there, and it is absolutely incredible. My personal favorite is Bee Stung. That on a burger is delicious! Ashley…all 3 of them apparently, but the two we’ve met are awesome!!! We were remembered a week and change after coming in. Food is excellent, service is beyond excellent, I think we’ve found our local watering hole. As cheesy as it sounds, it feels like home. Great sports bar and local spot."

"Stopped in for food while out on 3/14. Greated by a nice woman. Place is quite...well except the one drunk screaming (just talking in general) She handed me a menu and I tried ordering wings priced $8.99. She tells me the price is actually $15.99 all prices on here aren't correct. So I ordered food to go and was charged $1.00 for a take out charge. Terrible atmosphere. ..rate this a 2/5."

"I would give this restaurant 4.5 stars! Yesterday, I wanted to order fried oysters but they were sold out. Instead, I tried the fried catfish and hush puppies. The fish was delicious! The batter held up well and stayed crispy for a long time. The hush puppies were mixed in with the fish, making them easy to grab. I recommend that they serve dine-in customers on plates, not in boxes, to prevent the food from getting soggy. We did have to wait 20 minutes for our food, but since it's not a fast-food place, we weren't surprised. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back soon."

"When we arrived their a/c was not working and it was very humid. Our waitress was very kind but our kids received their food no less than 10 minutes after we received our pizza. After taking several bites of the pizza, I realized that something was really chewy and stringy in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was the plastic wrapping that went around the pepperoni slice. My wife tasted the same thing, and unfortunately, chalked it up to chewy pepperoni. I soon found another stringy substance in another slice. The manager said there was an error in the back when opening the pepperoni and they forgot to take it off. The waitress was very kind and to their credit, the manager did not charge us for the pizza and offered to make us another pizza. But we didn’t want to eat anything else from there. This has been the second time when we have had a very poor experience and will unfortunately not return."

"Tried Sugarfire today for a late lunch. When walking in the place is clean and cool looking. Nice decor. Nice layout. Wasn 't expecting a place where you walk into a service counter and have to stand in line trying to read the menu. Was expecting more of a sit down restaurant. Lots of choices. I went with the special they had listed. The Chimichurri burger. It was a burger with chimichurri sauce and a pork rind with pickled red onions and a mayo style sauce. For the side I got the spicy fried brussels sprouts and added a caprese salad. I don 't get bbq much but was surprised at the price. The burger and 2 small sides were over $20. Once they bring your food over the first thing you notice is the giant plate with a little food on it. The burger looked good. Was well cooked. The chimmi sauce was good the patty was small. The side of fried brussel sprouts were burnt to a crisp. It was literally a little paper tray of burnt sprouts leaves. The caprese salad was cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in a sweet balsamic glaze. Not bad. I also tried a couple pieces of their brisket and Texas hot bbq sauce which is not hot at all in my opinion. The brisket was good. Not great not bad. Overall it was $70 tip for 3 of us. The brisket plate. 2 meat plate and the burger with an extra side and 2 waters. Wasn 't bad but I left still hungry and unsatisfied. 6.5/10"

"SNAPSHOT Great place! The Loft knows it wants to serve good bar food in a nice place and they do it well. Details brlow... We deliberately ordered take-out food the first time. My theory here is: go see the place you want to try out for the first time and get food to go and if the food is good it will only be better dining in. We got the wings (hot) and the cheeseburger. Wings were quite good. Some burgers travel well and others don't. Our medium-well cheeseburger was cooked to temp but missing cheese and tasted dry by the time we ate it. Fries were very tasty! Despite these setbacks, it was unanimous that this was a tasty burger and would be better eaten hot on a plate. Looking forward to a burger and beer and watch a game. Besides, who wants take-out if that means missing a fun and lively place! Heather was super nice, welcoming and assured a great first impression! Will definitely be back!"

"I wasn’t very impressed during my recent visit. I went for Taco Tuesday, and while the prices were quite reasonable, the food didn’t meet my expectations—honestly, I can make better tacos at home. Our server was friendly and attentive, but the restaurant was almost empty, and my food came out cold. I’m open to giving it another try on wing night, as I’ve heard great things about that."

"I visit Granny's about once a month, and I always find the service to be friendly and accommodating. The food is consistently excellent—it's a straightforward establishment that offers delicious homemade meals at reasonable prices. I highly recommend it to anyone. I've never had a dish at Granny's that I wouldn't want to order again. I wish more places prioritized their food and service as much as Granny's does. "We visited Picked Cucumber on our way home from Myrtle, and the country-style comfort food was excellent. Since it was Sunday around noon, there was quite a line due to the post-church crowd. However, the wait was worth it as it moved quickly. We sampled a variety of dishes, including their classic Meat 3 option (Fried Chicken, Potato Salad, Green Bean Casserole, Black Eyed Peas), along with some salads and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Everything we tasted was delicious. The service was good, and our sweet tea and water refills were prompt."

"First time visiting. Overall the food was pretty good. We ordered the fried mushrooms. They were nice and crispy and well cooked, but they lacked seasoning. We also had the onion rings, they were cooked well and the flavor was good. We got the 12 piece bone in chicken wings with BBQ and Sweet habanero. The habanero does have flavor and isn't just all heat, the sweetness comes from them mixing bbq sauce in. The BBQ had a nice smokey flavor. The cook on the wings was good as well. I requested the BBQ to be extra crispy and they did not disappoint. The wings were also drowning in sauce instead of just coated. My son got the kids hamburger with fries and ate it all. The Texas toast that came with the wings was a big let down. It really was just a thick slice of bread not toasted with a dash of what we think was cheese. Service was good and very friendly, but COVID precautions seemed non-existent from both staff and patrons."
