"All I can say about this place is stay away. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I felt I needed to do that for this place. First off, my friend and I got here to grab a quick lunch while waiting to go to the Patient First a couple of doors down. It was a cold day so a warm bowl of pho was in order. We should've seen the signs when we saw only two other tables with customers at noon on a Sunday. There was only one person doing the service and it took her a long time to come to our table. Then another guy came in to do a takeout order. She gave him the menu and then several minutes go by and she still has not gotten our order. Then it irritated us when she then took the other guy's order before ours when we were seated there for ten minutes before that guy even showed up. We should've left then but whatever, people make regrettable choices from time to time. We each ordered cha gio (crispy spring rolls) and two bowls of pho. The server was too busy to get us utensils so we just grabbed ones from the empty table next to us. Back to the food... The cha gio were all wrapper with hardly any filling. And it was so thin like the size of two cigarettes. Just terrible. The pho was not much better. The bean sprouts were most brown and not fresh. The pho itself had very little cilantro and green onions and worse, hardly any meat even though my friend ordered the combination with all the meat. His bowl had less meat than mine and I got the steak and brisket. The flavor of the pho was also subpar. I tried to enhance it with the hoisin sauce but there sauce they had seemed watered down, not thick, so it lacked flavor. We hardly ate it when Patient First called and said they could see us. So we paid our meal and left quickly. Just a nightmare of a meal. I will never go back there and maybe this review can help you to avoid a similar experience."

"Upon entering, there was a minimal amount of tables, and a lot of open space. When entering, I noticed a server on her phone, and another server who just told us to sit wherever. So we sat wherever. The floor was of maroon color type, and not a clearly lit room. This almost has of an atmosphere that needed to be improved. The chair 's vinyl was ripped and needed to be repaired. The table itself was not large enough to fit a group of 4 people. When we sat down, it took them a while to bring us the menu. Even though the servers can clearly see you, waiting for them, they make minimal effort to come attend you until it 's convenient to them. There were 3 people on the job, for a very small place. You do not need that many servers for only 3 or 4 tables of people eating. The salsa was already out, on the table. It is unclear how long it has been there, and there is a health hazard there as well. Having food out, open, for people to eat for an unknown amount of time. When I ordered, I had to order a cup of water, because they did not bother to bring you a cup when you sat down. Other locations, they will bring you a cup of water as soon as you sit down. While ordering drinks, they did not have all the Mexican favorite drinks such as Jaritos de Pina. As for the antojitos (bites), they did not have Huaraches. This is also a very easy dish to make. If they can have Sopes in the menu, they should have Huaraches as well. After ordering, we had to wait for more than 5 minutes just for a basic cup of water. It should not take that long for someone to bring you water. When the food was coming out, my food was the last to arrive, even though it was the easiest, simplest dish to make: sopes. The sopes, I know it to be skinny and not elevated on the edge. This sope, it was more of a tower of food instead. Not the traditional serving of a sope.I must admit, the food was actually good! Eating it in the building itself. When I ordered again, to go , it was not as delicious as before, and my dish actually had bones in it and the flavor was not there. As for the bones, they should be removing the bones before serving it to the consumer. Now, the Carne en su Jugo, that was also ordered, they wanted to charge for avocado. No where else has charged for avocado in the Carne en su Jugo, but here. The flavor was not entirely there. Other places had a more deep, rich flavor. When done with the food, I wanted to order for to go , and was waiting for the waiter to come by. There were 3 people on the ground, and two of them were busy on their phones, while the last one was occupied with a customer, at the cashier. She, the one occupied, was our original server. (If only one person is working, what is the role of the other two employees who were on the ground?)I had to wave my hand for a good 3 minutes, trying to get their attention. I was also thinking of calling the establishment and request a to go , as well as for the check. My overall rating of this place: 2 out of 5 stars. They will try to charge you for expected items and will give you the minimal hospitality possible."
