"So far everything I've ordered from here has been as close to perfect as possible. The roast beef sandwich had just the right amount of flavor, the potato salad was perfect and fresh, the pastrami was made how it should be, the meatball sandwich was amazing and even had the perfect amount of crisp to the toasted bread, the Arthur Ave was delicious and fresh. Some may say it's expensive but I disagree, the ingredients are top quality and there is never any bad aftertaste when eating meals cooked with quality and fresh ingredients. My only regret is not finding this place sooner and I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. For comparison, this blows Jersey Mikes away and I love Jersey Mikes, just this place is on another level. This is that old school deli that rarely exists anymore, real food."

"Been coming here for years and finally reviewing. Took my mom here since she likes the different flavors compared to other options in the area. We both got BYO vegan bowls. Their noodles and sauce specifically are super tasty and the employees are always generous with the veggie toppings. Their drinks are great too, and free refills are the way to my heart. A great spot for a quick lunch or casual dinner especially if eating with omnivores around the burbs. Updated from previous review on 2022-11-19"

"I want to begin by saying that I've enjoyed Bibibop in the past and really love their food. However, I've recently experienced issues with their customer service. I placed a catering order 12 days in advance for a scheduled meeting, only to receive a text message just 3 hours before the delivery was supposed to arrive, canceling my order. When I called to address the situation, the person on the other end didn't seem very concerned. She asked if I could pick up the order, which was not feasible for me since it would require me to leave the meeting, causing delays and resulting in double parking fees. I was then told she would check if anyone was available to deliver my order. Unfortunately, she soon came back to inform me that no one there had a car that day. I'm now left trying to find catering for my meeting with less than 3 hours' notice, which is incredibly disappointing."

"This makes twice I've mobile ordered thru their app. Got here only for my order to not even be made. So what's the point? Yet again I prder lunch but I lose my lunch break cuz the restaurant can't do their one job. If I order at 1120 and I'm here at 1150, it should be made. But nope, they run around looking for a receipt and then they find it 5 mins later. I'm done with this restaurant. Every mobile order gets lower priority than actually walking in. If I wanted to walk in and order I'd do it and it'd be faster than mobile ordering So the food I order doesn't get ate, and goes to waste. Since I get 30 mins for lunch but spend 20 mins picking up an order than was supposed to be done 5 mins before I got there."

"The red beans and rice with sausage is really good. Next time, I want to try to jambalaya. Friendly service here, too. The gumbo tasted like canned Campbell's gumbo--you may want to pass on that order. It was also served lukewarm. Obviously letting them know you want it hot matters...but I guess maybe they were worried about the heat in the plastic bowls."

"The food tends to blend together since everything is served in a bowl and piled on top of each other. If that style appeals to you, this restaurant might be worth a visit. The chicken was tasty, but the steak left something to be desired. The service wasn't great either, as it felt rushed, with staff pushing diners along. They added a generous amount of yum yum sauce, which, while flavorful, was overly sweet for my taste. I don't think I'll return, but if you enjoy this kind of cuisine, you might want to give it a try—it's a new experience for me, and I don't have much to compare it to."
