I love the food here at Bibbipbop. It like a Asian Chipotle where you make your own bowl. I love there sweet potato noodles. And the ambiance there is really nice and dayton spirited. I love ordering from there. The staff are very nice. 20/10 would recommend.

I have been going out of my way to visit the Centerville location. My favorite part is getting 5 pieces of chicken and seeing the generous portion of veggies. I was so disappointed with the order that I got from BIBIBOP Asian grill so my niece order off one of these food apps I normally go in store to order my food so I wasn't able to see my food until it got here very disappointing I come with receipts we got two bowls neither one of them was right and now the apps and we can't get a refund at this time Service: Delivery

I previously left a review expressing my dissatisfaction with a menu change, but Blanca handled the situation with care and understanding. I was pleasantly surprised, as many businesses tend to respond defensively to honest reviews. I have frequented this location for lunch breaks and have observed Blanca working alongside her staff, rather than just giving orders. She has served food and worked the registers, which is rare in my experience working in the food industry. Thanks to Blanca's leadership, the overall morale of the staff seems to have improved, and complaints about service have decreased. This makes twice I've mobile ordered thru their app. Got here only for my order to not even be made. So what's the point? Yet again I prder lunch but I lose my lunch break cuz the restaurant can't do their one job. If I order at 1120 and I'm here at 1150, it should be made. But nope, they run around looking for a receipt and then they find it 5 mins later. I'm done with this restaurant. Every mobile order gets lower priority than actually walking in.
